They are located in a medical building near St. Agnes Hospital and it's also close to where I live. They have a large outdoor parking lot adjacent to the building, so it has never been an issue finding a space. They have social distancing measures in place once you enter the suite (chairs spaced apart, hand sanitizer) . I was called to the back where my paperwork was processed, I paid my co-pay, and made my way to one of the exam rooms to wait for the phlebotomist. The effort was painless and the staff were pleasant. All in all, a decent place to go for my annual labwork.

Now these places are always hella busy so I just make an appointment, despite being five minutes late, I was seen promptly. The staff there were courteous, and got the job done in a jiffy. I can't say that I had the same experience as the prior reviewer, it was tidy and it wasn't malodorous. For me, this'll do, I recommend that you make an appointment to avoid long wait times. Just a random aside, they are more busy once they first open, and those appointments go quick!

Quest is located on the 2nd Floor, the office is small, in comparison to some of the others that I have frequented. There is generally one person drawing blood, and it is better to come in the afternoon. Whenever I've gone, staff have always been uber friendly. Appointments can be made online, or you can simply walk-in. Keep in mind that they are closed from 12-1 for lunch.

However, I can genuinely say it was a pleasure because of their incredible staff. Sharon and Sandy at the front desk are two of the kindest and most welcoming individuals I've ever encountered--not just in medical care, but in customer service overall. Sharon, the tech, was equally compassionate and professional, and Mariah, who prepped me for the MRI, was just as wonderful. The team at this facility is truly exceptional, and I can't commend them enough. I'm not sure where they were hired from, but their previous employers lost some outstanding people! Thank you, again!

I sprinted across the parking lot just in time. There was plenty of parking in the lot outside the building (It's in the Peter Angelos building on the fourth floor). I checked in at the in-office kiosk and waited to be called. A pleasant young lady at the desk, Danny, assisted me and was also the phlebotomist. The care quality that she displayed was excellent. All in all, I lowkey like this one better than the one across the parking lot!

MAMMOGRAM ONLY REVIEW!…read more Came for my yearly mammo. The appointment was available within a few days of making the appointment. There was a self-checkin in kiosk where you can also load your ID and insurance card information., which was a great alternative. I was called to complete the checkin at the desk (staff were really pleasant) and it was less than 5 minutes between that and being called for my procedure. The mammo technician Bonnie explained every step during the process and asked how I was doing throughout. She was awesome! I used to be fearful of the discomfort of this procedure, but with a gentle technician such as Bonnie, it was a relief indeed. All in all a great place for getting a mammo with staff that provide care and compassion.
