One of the coolest parts is that you never have to get out of your car. They guide you through everything, ask for your vehicle info, and even do a quick check of things like brake lights and turn signals. The whole process was fast and smooth. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Brian was the technician, and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. This is my second time coming to this location, and I haven't had any issues so far. Definitely a convenient and efficient option for an oil change.

2 stars. The oil change itself was quick and the level was correct, but the cleanup was poor. When…read morethey removed the filter on my Cadillac SRX, oil spilled all over the radiator support, fan shroud, and skid plate, and nobody wiped it down. That evening I found oil residue under the hood and drips on my driveway. I had to buy brake cleaner, clean everything myself, pay for a car wash, and spend the next morning checking for leaks to make sure the filter and drain plug weren't the problem. It's a basic step to wrap the filter with a rag and wipe up spills before the customer leaves. I expected better.

Edited review: I found these guys on Groupon for a discount oil change. I went alone as a female…read moreand I guess they thought they could pull a whole scheme on me. First they tell me my drain plug is stripped and no one could get it out (3 different mechanics there supposedly tried). Previous oil changes, my drain plug would be removed manually with a wrench and had no reason to be stripped. They finally tell me they were able to get it out but with a power tool and showed me the stripped plug to tell me I needed a new one. The power tool definitely stripped it for this lie to be sold. That's when they said we will give you a free new one if you leave us a 5 star Google review and I had to do it in front of them. Then, guys proceeds to tell me the biggest lie yet. He says my oil pan had damaged threads and I will be have a big oil leak unless I pay $700 to install a new one at their shop. I say no thanks can't do that right now and leave. Over the next month and a half, I indeed had oil leak ruining my driveway. Eventually I got fed up and knowing nothing much about cars I got under my hood and saw immediately what happened. Took a video sent it to a mechanic friend and he confirmed. The oil filter had been left lose on purpose and oil was leaking all around it... the oil filter was wet with oil. I took it off put it back on night and tight this time and never had any more oil leaks. Shame on this auto shop for trying to scheme on me. Women should be able to go to auto shops alone and get honest prices and honest work done. This is beyond fucked up and I hope this business fails. If they did it because I had the Groupon, take your listing off of Groupon then. People who are struggling and looking for discounts can't afford to be lied to and forced into a money grab scheme. Any business willing to do this dirty shit is the problem in Miami. Do not trust this business. If you're a man and you're knowledgeable you may get lucky. Otherwise, you're risking it coming here. Your car and your wallet. Original coaxed review I wrote in return for the "free" plug: These guys are amazing, my drain plug was stripped and they still managed to change my oil. This place sucks ass, the experience was extremely disappointing and far below what any customer should reasonably expect. From the lack of organization to the poor communication and apparent carelessness during the visit, the entire operation felt chaotic and unprofessional. As I am writing this comment, I've been sitting here for 40 minutes. I arrived expecting a routine service and instead left frustrated by delays, confusion of the staff who is the guy walking around like he own the place. He's not even doing anything about this delays and the apparent inability of staff to manage even basic tasks efficiently. At this point, it honestly feels like a group of chimpanzees can run this place better. While I understand mistakes can happen, the overall level of incompetence and disregard for customer service was unacceptable. I don't think I'm coming back to this place ever again.
