It was good to come prepared with all my new patient information filled out. I liked how they set up next years appointment after my visit. I appreciate that attention to detail. The office was very organized and I didn't have to wait too long before they called me back. The nurse who took me back explained things and was nice. The whole process from start to finish was very pleasant. The doctors had excellent bedside manner. She was very easy to talk to. She was professional and I didn't feel uneasy at any moment. She listened to my concerns and was empathetic and understanding. The parking is really spacious. There was plenty of parking. Great experience.

Their billing is horrible. They cannot seem to send me my bills (even though they claimed to of mailed them), and then refused to see me when my bill was overdue (which I had no clue about due to never receiving any bill in the last 6 months); even after contacting billing no one can explain or assist because they claim everything is correct in the system. Then let's talk front desk...why are most doctor offices rude when it comes to the front desk? They offer no guidance when asking questions (even though their options in the phone go to them regarding questions) and claim the patient is always rude even though they are the ones with an attitude coming at you like you are nothing.

He is always up to speed on the latest info and takes the time to explain how he is going to help you. He actively listens to you and takes as long as needed to address the problem areas. After my first visit my back pain subsided and after several visits its been almost non existent. Its great to have this facility nearby and to be run by doctors that care - for example after i had a weird neck pain that caused some numbness i was worried and about to go to the ER, I called Kyle and he called me back after-hours to talk me through it. It saved me from going to the ER and the next session we worked on it and it gave me the confidence I needed to get back into the gym.

Parking lot is a hot mess and hard to navigate in. (Both in width and in regards to backing out of). People fly in this lot, so be careful. The building itself is older. Its near the city so its a bit of a hike for me and not my favorite OSU location, mainly due to the lot. They have renovated the inside of the building and it looks better than it had five years ago but still many walls are painted in a dismal institutional beige. Checking in is easy. There is a front dest. She routes you to a numbered stall where your information is verified. Then they give you directions to find your docs practice location. Tip: If they tell you go to the Brutus hallway that is aka as "to the right" of the front desk. I saw my sports doc here for an ankle injury: Dr Anthony. He is definitely 5+ stars. He is very good at listening to what is bothering you as well as he is examining/diagnosing/treating the injury. So far, I have avoided surgery, but he does that as well. . Highly recommend him as I have been seeing him since before 2020. He has multiple offices.... Usually see him in New Albany.

I must have brought it up to him five or six times and every time he would barely examine me before essentially shrugging his shoulders and saying "I dont know". Eventually I started asking him for a referral to a specialist or maybe some x-rays to find the problem. He refused to give me any referral and even said X-rays were unnecessary. So eventually I went just scheduled an appointment at another specialist on my own. Had to wait a long time for an appointment, but the first thing they did was order an x-ray. A week later I had a diagnosis and was scheduled for physical therapy. Two years of begging Dr Serve for help and all I needed was an x-ray and a very simple physical therapy plan (playing with therapy putty for a few minutes a day). Next off, and way more concerning. I had some moles appear a couple years ago. I asked Dr Serve to take a look at them and it took him all of three seconds to say they looked fine and there was nothing to worry about... Except it turns out there was something to be concerned about. I started seeing a new Dr who immediately referred a dermatologist without me even bringing it up. I got the results back and turns out one of them was not atypical. Long story short, i have Been living with a mole that needs excised for two years now, in other words potential skin cancer.
