He was pleasant with a great manner. Appointments were good to great, and within 3-4 appointments, his nurse-practitioner began to assume a naturally larger role. . She (Shauna) has a good hospitality sense.; appointments were long, friendly, and detailed. . The problem; however, lies in prescriptions and regularity of scheduled appointments. Being a Hypertensive Type I Diqbetic, I have medicinal needs: Lantis, Gumalog, Glucose Meters, and multiple Heart/Cholesterol meds. ALL ARE TIME SENSITIVE. . My wife would make regular daytime refill calls (required for action) and there would be no refills. It became so spotty we had to make in-person appointments to get to LIFE-AFFURMING MEDICATUONS. Additionally, Shauna (our RN) stated we could just call, however when we did, we were required to visit...for checkup- although we had seen her within 87 days. . In addition to that, she required us to keep Blood Pressure Logs to prove need for a High Blood Pressure Medicqtion previously prescribed in a Cardiac Care Hnit by a Cardio Doctor. . Of my 51 years as a patient- 26 as a Duabetic, WHITEHALL NEDICAL IS THE WORST I've ever had. . I called my former physician (hard to access either my blindness/accessibility) who i hadn't seen in 3+ years. Without question or posturing, all medications were simply refilled. . My Doctor acted like a Doctor; Shauna rarely did.

If you don't care about your secure/confidential information then take risk of calling here...... On top of this their calls are not recorded because of this their staff talk very rude and show attitude. They act like they are doing some charity work on their spare time. Their office management staff also very very rude and they don't accept that the patients confidential data is in unidentified people's hand. I asked them to prove me that my data is secure but they didn't have any answer to that and they just bypass the question/request and talk something else. Both the office staff managers don't have basic manners how to deal such issues and not capable of answering any valid questions. Most places had extremely limited availability, could only provide one of the two services, turned me away, or were charging over $160+ for everything. When I called Bexley Urgent Care, the experience was completely different from the start. Even over the phone, the staff was friendly, patient, and eager to answer all of my questions. On top of that, their pricing was far more affordable than most of the other places I contacted. Once I arrived, the front desk staff was incredibly welcoming and made sure to double-check that everything I needed could be completed during my visit. I was assisted by a newly graduated nurse who was training a medical assistant, and both of them did an amazing job. As a student myself, I really appreciated how supportive, professional, and knowledgeable they were throughout the entire process. Dr. Spegal completed my physical and was extremely efficient, helpful, and thorough. The assessment was quick but still very professional and attentive. I would absolutely recommend Bexley Urgent Care to anyone needing urgent care services, especially students needing physicals or TB testing. The entire team truly seems committed to helping and supporting their patients. It was a very reassuring experience, and honestly, it's the kind of environment I'd gladly return to -- and even one I'd love to work in someday!

I needed a CT scan done and my doctor sent me to the Eastside Health Center. They called me to set up the appointment and pre-register me. When I got there I was taken in almost immediately to complete the rest of the paperwork and confirm insurance. Please note: Make sure you tell them you want THEM to bill your insurance company or they will bill you and you have to fight with the insurance company to pay it. After I finished with the paperwork side, Lynn walked me through and was with me the rest of the process. She explained everything so thoroughly, brought me the contrast to drink, put the IV in, and administered the test. She was so kind that even thinking about it now is bringing me to tears. She calmed my nerves and made me as comfortable as it could be. If everyone is as nice as Lynn at Ohio Health, I will definitely make it a point to go to their facilities for tests. I've been with Ohio health for several years and had a MyChart for several years and have never…read morebeen able to communicate with my doctor on it.. just recently after working a 12-hour days in a row they were calling me and I had to communicate with them and I even put in the MyChart to please make it so that I can communicate with my doctor because every time I'd go to send a message it said I wasn't able to send a message to anybody.. so I begged and begged and begged in one of the technical areas to please fix the problem so I can communicate with my doctor.. nobody replied nobody cared.. my doctor kept calling me throughout the whole day and because I was on the phone for 12 hours I couldn't communicate with her so I tried again the very next day to communicate with her on my chart I wasn't able to.. I then try to get to communicate the following day and begged and begged and begged at the technical assistant would fix this.. it still wasn't fixed.. this is what they say on their MyChart..."Communicate with your doctor, get answers to your medical questions from the comfort of your own home, access your test results.". This is a complete lie.. they put me in the worst position here I couldn't even communicate with my doctor and I begged and I begged and I begged please make it so that I can send a message to my doctor on my chart.. they completely ignored me.. nobody replied nobody even cared.. find me what I did was said take my whole MyChart down I will never use it again completely remove the whole thing I will never use your service again and now I will have to call in for everything and I will never be able to use a service that they supposedly provided for me when I needed to communicate with my doctor the most important things I couldn't even get communication to her when she kept calling and calling and calling and I couldn't get to the phone because I'm working... How dare you create a system that's supposed to streamline communication and not allow a very important communication to be given to my doctor when she's calling me.. after I begged and I begged and I begged for you to fix it.. clearly the IT department should be replaced. She's always had a great team working for her and treats more like more than a patient. She sees me as a friend and goes above and beyond to take care of me. I never really thought to give a review about medical practitioners, but I was thinking about an upcoming visit and actually had a smile on my face. Who actually looks FORWARD to going to see their doctor? It took a while to make it to her list of patients because she was so popular, but she came highly recommended so I waited patiently. I've been seeing her for over 10 years now and refuse to see anyone else. She has a great group of doctors at that center, but I prefer to see her. Knowledgeable in everything and fun for conversation. She even busted me in public, trying to hide a pizza from her view as she approached. Now that's respect. Or is it fear? In any event, I'm so thankful to have her because she keeps me honest and actually caring about myself enough to follow her instructions to the letter.
