If you have a love one that is at this facility, I would recommend that you go and check on them. I have an ant that is there me and my cousin goes to see her twice a week, my cousin has noticed that her ankle was swelling. The nurses or any of the staff didn't do any thing, no extras no MRI no ultra sound, not until my cousin strated to make nose about it. They finally did an ultrasound on her ankle after 2 weeks and nothing showed, so my cousin kept pushing and finally got an MRI done after 3 weeks of this it was done this past Friday. And just a few a minute ago they called and said that the MRI show her ankle is broke, 4 weeks of this, the kind of brake that she has, she have to stay off her foot for awhile to try to get it healed. Not only that we also eat lunch with her and another family member that is there, at lunch they have water on her tray my ant doesn't drink water at all she don't drink anything. After she eats and they get the tray they mark that she drinks water. We have evidence that she don't they are fossilizing a document, they have been caught and been confronted about it, and this still goes on. I just wonder how the other residents there is being treated, they need new owners and new administration to run that place. So please check on your love ones if you have love ones in that facility. read more

MedSave Clinic family friendly and their doctors are very kind and the doctors are here to listen to the patients for the needs

Dr Colucci is my primary care physician, and he's the old-school type of physician that listens to you AND uses his intuition when ordering lab results. He actually cares about his patients and gives you his undivided attention when in his office, and they take many types of insurance including all Medicare Advantage plans, the regular red/white/blue Medicare card, and most Medicaid plans which I'm not too familiar with. The only things I would critique the office on is some staff aren't personable esp on the phone, and if you make an appt in mid-late day you're going to wait a while as they're also an urgent care and walk-in addiction (Suboxone) facility, so they get really busy. I recommend making an appt as early in the day as possible to be seen right away and be able to get in and out. Part of the reason appts take so long is b/c Colucci likes to take his time w/ each patient and make sure their concerns are addressed properly. Not many primary care physicians want to really address root issues of complicated patient concerns these days and end up punting the patient to the next specialist or doctor down the line b/c they're so overly worked and crowded that it's ridiculous. read more

Medsave is awesome! They offer primary care, psychiatric services/medication management as well as addiction recovery services & meds. THIS IS NOT A WALK IN FACILITY! If you want real help, make an appointment. Dr. Colucci is my primary care doctor. With extensive testing, including genetic testing, he has helped my anxiety and depression more than any other provider, ever. The staff is thorough and they care about people more than profit! The most common complaint is the wait time. Yes, sometimes he will sit in the waiting room for well over an hour. However, once you are back in the room , you have the undivided attention of your medical assistant and your doctor. You will never be rushed bc they take the time to do things right. Wish I could give it less stars. I waited an hour in the room before the doctor got to me. All I needed was an administered covid test. I got the covid test on Tue and stated that I needed it sent to the lab ASAP. They assured me it would be sent in the next 2 hours. They sent it 40h later and 6 days later I still don't have my results. I called many times throughout the week and everyone was really nice but no one would give me specifics on the situation. Only that I should have it soon. Ridiculous. read more

I've been to this place going on 5 yrs and they've been consistent with one thing being very disorganized. My Doctor is great and the main woman and a woman councilor but nobody stays long in the office itself and the ones who does don't care to help you will leave you without or leave you sitting in front of your pharmacy because they was to be called in and you can sit for hrs because someone doesn't want to do their job. But your supposed to do yours and follow all their guidelines. I'm giving 3 stars now but has been times in 5yrs it would be less. The only problem I've ever had is they got a bunch of teeny boppers working in there right now .They literally got a counselor that tells anything you say to "him" to the other office staff which is a breach of HEPA law. read more

I would give this hell-hole zero stars if possible. I've been to Medsave numerous times (while on a waiting list for another office for a family/internal medicine physician) and was treated like a disgusting piece of crap each visit. Although now I am in the care of a professional practice with respectful caring physicians (and a modern office with clean rooms and lobby, unlike Medsave), I still hear horror stories about this place. The (quote) 'medical history questionnaire' I was given only asked where I had heard of Medsave (newspaper ad or billboard, etc), and I was required to sign a form about how they prescribe only certain doses of narcotics to every patient regardless of your diagnosis! What!? I found it all very strange. Thank goodness I will not have to go to this poor excuse for a medical clinic ever again. They have a bad reputation and I must say it's well deserved. Dr Colucci was a vile disrespectful creature who could not have been more unpleasant. Go anywhere but Medsave is my only advise. read more

I went to this clinic when my son got a cut on his face. They told me he required sutures, but it wasn't until after the doctor had given him several shots of anaesthetic and put the suture needle through his face that she told me she "didn't have the right tool" to tie the knot on the suture! She suggested I take him to Children's close to home. I called the next day to verify that they would not be billing the visit to our insurance company. They assured me they would not. However, 2 months later I received a bill for a 50.00 copay. I contact the insurance company who said that the claim had been made. I told them what happened, and they attempted to contact MedSave. When they called they said "we have suture kits here" and told the Aetna rep that they would call me to resolve the issue. They have not called me. Aetna has attempted 3 more times to contact the facility and no one is answering the phone or returning messages. I have had a NUMBER of people tell me that they have had extremely strange/disturbing experiences at this place. I felt like I was in the Twilight Zone. read more

Dont matter if u go bc u still have stay on top of them getting ur meds on time ive sat all weekend sick bc someone didnt push a button when calling it in.. Then go they have 1 nurse doing both drs there is no way can stay afloat lile that. read more

After being there a few times for back pain as an urgent care patient, I was referred into pain management there with Dr. Colucci. He only does it one day a week and my average wait time beyond my appointment time was 2 hours. Often, is a patient made him mad or the staff made him mad, he would leave. Then the remaining patients would have to reschedule. Then they tried to charge me for one of those times that he left and I never saw him. Part of the deal for getting pain meds was a urine test on every visit. I was fine with that until I got a bill for nearly $1000 for these tests. I assumed they were part of the visit and covered under my insurance. Even after I quit going there, they were still trying to collect for the non-visit. The staff was horrible and were often talking about patients in a negative way in front of other patients. Even revealing the results of urine tests. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend this clinic for anything. It's a pill mill disguised as an urgent care. read more

Neat! Stopped in right at 1710 for a minor eye issue because the sign said they were open till 1800, but the receptionist says the doctor isn't taking anymore patients. Maybe their business hours should be "to be determined" or "open till six unless the doctor has a hot date"? This is the Wal-Mart of Urgent Cares as far as I'm concerned. read more

I felt this was the worst urgent care experience. I used to run urgent care systems in NYC and this by far was not good at all. I felt like I was in a drug abuse clinic and being asked more about drugs than my rib pain I came in for. I came in to simply have an X-ray(which they don't do) and diagnostic blood work to see what was wrong with me. All I was continually asked about was Xanax that used to be prescribed to me back in 2013 for panic issues. I explained I no longer take them and haven't for a long time. Then I reiterated why I was there. Again back to pain meds and Xanax. I get there are drug seekers out there and understand the drug epidemic we are going through. I work in healthcare, but the only discussions about drugs was from the doctor then I had to redirect to my issues and that I'm seeking X-rays and blood work. A total waste of my time and nothing was done there. Thanks to lab Corp I found out I was okay and just pulled muscles. No prescriptions because I didn't need it. MedSave clinic, please be careful how you treat your patients. You never know who you're rendering services too. Even after I explained what I do for a living. I will never return. I was recommended by my Insurance and reported to them as well. read more

I went for care on a Sunday at 9:30am. Although the website and door sign showed they opened at 9:00am on Sundays, the doors were locked. There was an "open" sign hanging on the doors. I ended up going across the parking lot to The Minute Clinic at CVS and was very pleased with their care. read more

Came in for a cut on my hand. Dr. came into the lobby and looked at cut there...asked if I had paid yet? Um, no, because I don't generally pay before receiving care. Was very short with me. Then he said they were out of tetanus shots and sent me to the clinic across the street. Staff was unprofessional--not friendly and were literally eating jelly donuts behind the counter. Absolutely the worst place I've ever been to.All they care about is getn your cash.Your sobriety doesn't matter to them.They set appointments at 9am when no doctor is even in the office til noon or 1 at the earliest.I'm not sure if you gotta pay more under the table to get clean but I know for a fact that they prescribes subutex and I have allergies to Soboxin but the doctor was so rude every single time I saw him he pretty much told me that was just going to keep my money if I didn't take Soboxin so I stopped going.I took at least 5 ppl to the same place and they got the help they need.Not sure why I got screwed but do not go there!!!!!!!! read more

They have no lab and sent me all over the city for testing. Took my blood and did not get results for 5 days even though Mandy told me my results would be ready the next day. I did my externship there for Medical Assisting. This place was the absolute worst!!! The manager (if you can even call her that) seemed like she had no business even running an office---so disorganized and didn't know what was going on half the time. Often times we would turn patients away who wanted to be seen in urgent care due to them not wanting to take the time to see the patiend. Ultimately this place is a place for recovering heroin addicts to get their Suboxone to help keep them clean---They charge these people $400 per visit and that's not including paying for the actual prescription at the pharmacy. Highway robbery if you ask me. They place was very unprofessional and I absolutely felt so bad for the patients who were constantly getting talked about. Also, nothing was ever stocked. You would think an "Urgent Care" would have simple supplies to treat injuries and such...but NO! This place was the absolute worst. My husband was experiencing terrible ankle pain in addition to severe exzema on his leg and ankle. He works 10 hours a day on his ankle and needed to be seen quickly. We went to Medsave in Worthington. The front desk worker was kind and friendly, the doctor was horrible, judgemental and rude. After she saw that my husband had a pain pill addiction 3 years ago she treated him like a piece of crap. She came in the room with no greeting, no questins about his ankle or skin. Looked it over for maybe 5 seconds, aggressively gave him 2 shots in his arm, gave him a rx for antinflammatory and kicked him out. No discharge instructions, didn't ask if he had questions, no referral for an x-ray....NOTHING. My husband had no intention of getting pain meds, he just wanted an x-ray and an injection or something to help him walk on his ankle until he could get into a specialist at the end of the month. My husband has been clean for 3 years and had he been offered pain meds he wouldn't have taken them. This doctor obviously needs to learn how to act professionally and not judge people. So many patients have a past and things happen to them that may require them to need pain meds or some sort of relief. My husband is too kind to say anything but you better believe I will smear this places name all over the internet and to other people I talk to. I Worked at Urgent Care for years and we never would have treated a patient this way no matter what their past was. This place also didn't think my husband deserved the proper discharge protocol or to be treated like a human being that happened to injure his ankle working 70 hours a week to support our family. NOBODY deserves to be treated so poorly so stay away from this place and this terrible example of a doctor. read more
