Am also told he got another company with availability and would text the number to me, never received a text. Very unprofessional and caused me to waste an entire day with no loading help for me and my handicapped wife. Will never book with this company and I would highly suggest you don't either!

I had asked if they could fit a time slot coming up that we would be out of town as the new carpet was going on the stairs and bedrooms. My husband doesn't love my home improvement projects so Sutton's saved my bacon there! When we had them back out to do the basement stairs and carpet I had the pleasure of meeting their installation team. These are some of the nicest guys I have had at our house doing work. Very quick and courteous! I believe they told me that they employ them personally so no subs here which I really respect. Communication all a long was fantastic! But then, I got a call the next day! One of the movers felt bad he couldn't get it up there, and offered to try the couch one more time! With my permission, he sawed off two of the legs, which were the problem, and then we tried to carry it up together. It still didn't take, which was my fault for not measuring, but I appreciated the help - he gave me an extra hour of unbilled time just because he felt the job wasn't done.
