Just had a truly relaxing lomi lomi massage with Blair this morning, what a way to start the day! Blair arrived and set up quickly and I was lying down in a state of bliss within minutes. Every knot was banished, every ache soothed, muscles relaxed, and I was almost asleep with the rhythmic lomi lomi pressure and the aromatic rose spray. Blair checked I was happy with the pressure she was using, and also that she could use pressure point in a few gnarly knots, which worked soooo well. She even gave my feet a good massage as I have plantar fasciitis. I feel like I've melted and can move parts of my body that were stiff beforehand. Wonderful! My friend and I were treated to a lovely Hawaiian themed massage (therapeutic and relaxation). The therapists were knowledgeable, skilled, and open to feedback. To address a bulging DISC and a frozen SHOULDER, the therapist applied the right amount of pressure (good strong pressure) to each area according to my tolerance and was flexible to spend more time in one area over another. Let's just say every you would come over here to get a massage and this is the first time I tried mobile massage Maui. We had a couple's massage and my husband's masseuse didn't do a good job at all. My husband said that she barely massage him and she kept using one hand. It wasn't very relaxing because somebody smelled like when you've been around somebody cooking and the smell stuck to your clothing. Thank you Sari and Alli for driving up to our beach front condo and providing us a couple massage from our own place. They came on time, dressed professionally, and had their equipment. We had the back deck ready and patio furniture moved but Sari and Alli thought ahead and knew we should probably do the massage in the living room because it might rain and get to dark. They were right. So husband and I offered to move the furniture in the living room and both Alli and Sari insisted that they take care of it because this is supposed to be a relaxing experience for us. And we should relax. They were also accommodating to check pressure if it was to hard or to soft. Worked on my forearm which gets tons of pain from work. My husband, who hates massages and only agreed because it was something I wanted us to do, even complimented the experience. To get any affirmation out of my quiet autism spectrum engineer husband is a HUGE compliment. For him Sari worked on his lower backs and hips from where he had a major car accident last year. Both Sari and Alli had extra equipment of smelly clean oils to awaken the senses. Eucalyptus for me to clear my stuffy nose. It helped. One thing that confused me: When I called them to make an appointment, I expected to have an option to have them come to where we were staying, but I was told to just come to the Ka'anapali Beach Club.
