The name that pops up first is Juan Ruiz who installed my hot water gas heater and a new toilet and also did repairs to my electrical system in my manufactured homes. I had paid electricians to look at my electrical panel before and they could not figure it out the problem so I was never able to use both of my floor air conditioners at the same time without it flipping the electrical panel. Needless to say, my last summer was absolutely miserable, so bad that my family would not visit because it was so hot over the summer. Now I am able to run both of my air conditioners at the same time but Juan was able to diagnose and fix the electrical problem. Juan went line by line the repairs needed on my house and answered any questions I had during this process. And I actually learned a lot of things from Juan when I asked him about anything from roofing to electrical he knew what he was talking about. I was able to see how knowledgeable Juan is in every area of construction. Also, Juan and Kiki did my roofing and it came out absolutely beautiful and they were able to accomplish the roofing without any problems at all. I am big on my garden and my bougainvillea that is growing on my roof and I found Juan very respectful of my plants and flowers when working on the roofing. Both Manny and Adrian worked on my window replacement, that was a big deal and they were both were very courteous and cleaned up everything and their work was exceptional. They had replaced a very large window and they made sure they moved the furniture back and cleaned up after themselves both of them were very professional. Again, I cannot say enough about these guys and what a great crew Jerry has put together that is a wonderful representation of a great non-profit organization. Jerry who is the Project Manager and who runs this crew keeps things moving in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend this company for any of your needs in working on manufactured homes. The price for rent is absolutely warranted and reasonable (considering the current economic environment of course). Children deserve to thrive and play outdoors safely supervised by their parents without being harassed by management. This is in fact no longer a family friendly park. Make it a 55+ neighborhood again because that's the rules you have now enforced for.

The follow-up customer service has been disappointing, unfortunately…read more After waiting several months to have leaks in my new awnings addressed, and after experiencing multiple rainfall events that clearly demonstrated the system installed by Home Improvements by Tim Allard is not adequately configured to handle the water load, I contacted the office and sent several text messages to Tom. Unfortunately, the response time for follow-up service has been extremely delayed--measured in months rather than days or weeks. The gutters on the awnings installed by Home Improvements by Tim Allard overflow significantly during normal rainfall. Before purchasing and installing the two 62-foot awnings, I specifically asked whether the system would be capable of handling the expected surface water runoff. I was assured that it would. However, it does not. Eventually, Scott returned to inspect the issue and acknowledged both the overflow problem and the need for an additional downspout. I purchased these awnings with the expectation that they would include a complete and properly designed drainage system capable of performing their intended function. I am now being told that I must pay an additional expense to install the downspouts necessary to make the system function adequately. This is not what I was originally told, and it raises a concerning question: Why would a system be sold and installed if it was not sufficient for the job from the start? I trusted Home Improvements by Tim Allard to provide a complete solution. Instead, the project remains incomplete, and I am left with overflowing gutters--a problem that did not exist with my previous system. I believe this issue should be corrected without additional cost to me, as the current configuration does not meet the expectations that were established at the time of sale. I hope this matter can be resolved promptly and fairly.
