Very disappointed in the manager of this store Josh. On 3/15 I paid545.68, extra 50.00 for them to go pick up windows in palm bay in which he called to see if they were there, while I was waiting. Palm Bay had these windows on March 15 , tells me he"ll have them in the beginning of the next week it would be a 50 dollar charge, he needed to have someone go get them I stopped in on the 3/20 asked if they got them , one guy said yeah I thought I picked them up . Joshes girlfriend said yeah I believe I called , let me check them Josh said no they won't be here until the following Monday and won't be unloaded until late Monday so come in on Tues the 3 /28. I thought what the hell did I get charged 50 dollars for , So I decided to call Palm Bay today 3/25 and ask if they had them and if they got picked up, we'll Thank God Palm Bay had them , so I picked them up and Chris was very friendly and credited me back my 50.00 delivery charge all Palm Bay employees were very help and friendly it took me 40 minutes to drive so I'm not sure why Josh didn't do this after finding out they had them on the 3/15 and held up our project for 10 days. Pure arrogance Palm Bay will now be my to go place for my mobile needs and business, instead of that pumice asshole Josh at the Cocoa store. The issue I have is We are 5 minutes from that store, and my husband use to work there and likes the owners , but this guy here, his attitude as well as his girlfriend has to go, not sure who he thinks he is, maybe someone needs to teach him how the customer comes first, and to leave his attitude at home. People around there are definitely fed up with him. Thanks Palm Bay we will be getting our doors and siding and cool air conditioners from you all. read more

Be careful with Mobile Home Depot Cocoa Fl. As of December 2020, I lost $ 1500 in deposit for someone on the list who didn't do the job they expected. If you want that person's name on the list; I'll be happy to give it to you. And Mobile Home Depot did nothing to correct the situation. So, no deposit. read more

I stopped yesterday at the Lakeland store for a quote on a mobile home door. A young guy there helped me look at a few. Then he gave me a brochure with one that interested me. I asked him for a price and he told me I'd have to contact the manufacturer. I was taken back by his comment but proceeded to leave. Later in the day I called the manufacturer and was told that the merchant would give me the price of the door. The manufacturer was as surprised as I was! Later, I returned home and called that location again and I think the same person answered the phone. The gentleman told me he would have to call me back with the price as he was busy at the moment unloading a truck and was alone. I never got any call back of course. This fellow probably cost Mobile Home Depot probably a $1,000, plus, sale. I just don't understand how this location stays in business with employees like that. There were a couple other employees there I think when I initially visited the place but they were busy with other customers. I guess I could have visited another location but its 14 miles away and this one if literally 5 minutes from my residence. Obviously, I'm a very unsatisfied "non-customer ". read more

I was looking for a replacement door for my manufactured home. Because of the unique size, selection is limited. I went to Mobile Home depot in Dundee, Florida. They weren't very friendly and expensive ($650 for a full glass door with blinds). It was recommended I go to Broke and Poor in Auburndale, Florida. The people were great! Very helpful and they had several available to choose from. I found a great deco door for only $375!!! They have several different items in addition to doors. read more

we have bought a few thousand dollars worth of items at this cocoa store. one item inparticular is a $700.00 front storm door we had to replace once due to coating material bubbling took a couple months that's fine. we installed that same alike door now 13 months later same issue white coating like vinyl is peeling again!!!!!!!!!! at the time waiting on this door the manager greg told me and my wife that they had a bad batch of these doors OK. now with the secong door there are telling me I should have PAINTED OVER THE VINYL MATERIAL!!!!!!!!!hmmmmmm.. so then proceeded to tell me the door is out of warranty not there problem. I get that they did not make the door but when you admit there was a batch problem then blow me off NOT GOOD!!!!! SO TO ALL THOSE READING THIS THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU DEAL WITH MOBILHOME DEPOT AT LEAST THIS STORE!!!!!!!!!! read more
