Well when I got to the register and told the cashier about the deal shown on display. she said " no, that's from last month". Did you look at the date? I'm like if that was on the shelf since last month and the sales not going on, why is the tag still displayed? The whole situation could have been handled better as far as customer service goes and they should have honored the sale because it was their fault for still having the tag displayed as on sale. Any good manager would see this and honor the deal for the customer and also apologize for the confusion! But no, not the cashier( s), they didn't even try to fix the problem and honor the deal. I've worked in customer service for many years and to treat a customer this way is not right! The manager should have been called up to the register and made the deal right for the me as the customer, period!

Talked several people there including the store manager several times, to figure the best time to make this purchase for the best value and deal. the manager Phil knew my interest in this ring. I might add I just recently purchase another diamond ring and an18k necklace there. I was there yesterday and was told the store manager would be in today. I went in and noticed the ring was gone, so I asked if someone bought it. the first answer from Phil (the store manager). he said yes, then changed his answer to, that "it was put up for scrap". that he could not bring it out for me to buy. indicating it was put up this morning and was still there. How is this good business? I am certain I'd have paid more for it than scrap. you tell me, how is this honest practice? SHOP some where else and be sure of what your buying. earlier last month at this location, I was almost sold a 14k white gold band that was not what they were selling it as. the magnet test proved that.

First, when I walked into your store you instinctively steered me to the most expensive mattresses in the store instead of trying to fit my needs, which she did. Next, when I did find a mattress I was interested in and was taking a few minutes to try it out, your colleague very rudely asked me to get up so his clients could lay on it...as if his clients were more important. And you said nothing to him. She recognized that buying a mattress is a major decision and let us take our time while she patiently explained the differences to us. Then, when you and I did start discussing price, you actually had the nerve to reference the type of car my husband and I got out of as if because we were in a Lexus we could afford to and should pay the MSRP for a mattress. To add to it, when I let you know what we planned to spend, you didn't feel we were worth your time and you passed us off to another salesman who took us to the cheapest mattress in the store. When I explained that I was a savvy shopper, he took rude to another level and we left. The saleswoman we did buy from actually worked with us to get something that made sense for us from a use perspective first and then fit our price. Long story short, she treated us like human beings instead of a commission check. The biggest drawback for me was the lack of a satisfaction guarantee. Most stores give you something like 20-30 days to try a mattress and you can return/exchange it if you don't like it. Mattress by Appointment does not, and that's tough when you're looking for a specific feel (example, firm but not too firm) because of medical needs. The company(s) who make the mattresses have warranties, but that doesn't always fix the issue if the feel when you sleep isn't right.

They looked at me as a was carrying a large piece of floor sample and two cabinet doors. I was in the store for 30 mins with all my samples from the house looking through paint chips with zero help. I had two employees walk by and not even say hi. Another was two inches away with a customer and could have at least said can your been helped. Nothing. I was there to order paint for EVERY single inch of a 3500 square foot house, ALL the ceiling and ALL the primer. It makes me sad that it a normal for customer service so many places. Taking my business elsewhere. Ugh

They had a ton of bathing suit options, which made sense for the area, so that part was great. But the clothing... I don't know if it's just this Target or all Targets right now, but the fashion was rough. Like actually made me laugh a little walking past some of the displays. I did try on a couple swimsuits, but unfortunately they just didn't work for my body type, so I grabbed what I needed and moved on. Didn't really interact with any staff. No one at the entrance, no one at the fitting rooms, and I ended up using self checkout. Overall fine for what I needed, just don't go in expecting a fashion moment.

They also have a wonderful selection of makeup products. Shopping at Target has always been a great value in my opinion. The service at Target has always been very efficient, friendly, and courteous. This Target is in the perfect location for me. One thing that I love about Target is that many of their stores also have Starbucks. Shopping at Target and enjoying a beverage from Starbucks go hand and hand!
