I tend to procrastinate, not just in writing overdue reviews but in other areas as well. So it was after a longer than necessary wait that I finally made an attempt to get my screen fixed. I put " screen repair" in my Yelp search and was pleasantly surprised when an option came up to request quotes for various services. I clicked YES and before long I had 4 quotes from shops in my immediate vicinity. 3 were for a higher than I wanted to spend price, the fourth was from Mr. Mancuso and he cut their rates in half. Then I noticed the over 10 all 5 star reviews and made up my mind. Not wanting to be without my phone for any longer than an hour or so, I had to wait a few days to try and make an appointment. Mike messaged me( via Yelp) several times to aid in selecting a time and day that would work for both of us. On the day and time chosen he provided me his home address( he works out of it) and I met him there and turned over my device. I agreed to return in about an hour and a half and went on to run some errands, all the while feeling unprepared for life without a phone( albeit for a short time) When I returned his trusty canines alerted him to my arrival and he came out with a pristine screen attached to my several year old phone. He had me check a few things to see that everything worked as it should, and even called me a bit after to make sure that it's actual phone like capabilities were in good condition also. I briefly asked him for advice about upgrading it, and I will eventually use that advice. He did not seemed rushed to converse with me, and I appreciated his thorough and passionate responses. He seems to like his work and it shows. I have zero experience in phone repairs, but I am confident that his expertise and incredibly low price will be a 5 Star experience for others. 5 stars to Yelp for this new request a quote feature, and another 5 to Mr. Mancuso for restoring my screen! read more

I SHATTERED my screen on my iPhone 7 Plus and was dreading going to apple to have to download everything again and shell out $149, I found Mike on Yelp and could not be happier with the results. My screen shattered so much there were crystals in my speaker and home key. I was nervous thy my home key wouldn't work but Mike knock it out of the park. It took longer than an hour to repair only because he put my home key under a microscope to take each crystal out with tweezers. I first saw Mike's ad through craigslist and attempted the repair myself. And let me tell you for the prices he charges its just not worth it. To get a clean and proper repair its best to leave it to a professional. Anyway I broke an internal part during the self-repair and had to get it fixed in Mercer Mall at buysellrepairs. They charged me way over what Mike would have, and the store is extremely unprofessional; just walk inside you'll see. Flash forward, I crack my screen again (i dont use a case), and get in touch with Mike.. He was very responsive and got it done next day within in hour. He is extremely professional and offers the best prices, so its really a no brainier. He even told me that the previous shop (buysellrepairs mercer mall) left out and/or stripped screws on my phone. Thats why my screen was always flickering;and my screen was not flush with the bezel. Anyway he replaced the screws at no charge and the phone came back just like OEM factory. He even brought it out to my car. So when its time to get any of your electronics fixed Mike is the man. He's a straight shooter and I am sure will beat any price you can find. Don't leave your valuable electronics with some random people who don't care and do half-ass repairs. Its quite the coincidence that he offers the lowest price and does the highest quality repair. I was having an issue with my iPhone, it was splitting, I went to the Apple Store they said if it was still working then let it go. Because I told them I really didn't want to spent $80 since I was waiting for the new model to come out. However by the time I got home the screen went black. I searched on yelp and found Mike Mancuso.I called the number listed and Mike answered immediately.I explained the problem and he said if I could drop it that evening he would look at it and let me know. It was 5:30 pm when I called him, he said that he would be home around 8 and he could let me know how bad things were. I dropped off the phone and sure enough around 8:30 he texted my husband to let me know that he already had taken the phone apart and the battery had just begun to leak. He said he cleaned it and wanted it to sit over night before he replaced the battery and the screen. The next morning at 8:30 am he texted again to say that he would probably have the phone ready around 2 that he was going to put it back together after 2. I was freaking out because I was going on vacation and my only resort was to buy a burner phone. Mike called around 2:30 and asked if I was going to be home that he wanted to drop off the phone.
