Does it say that you have to be a member. Then on top of it when I go to check out, they only ask hey are you a member? Unlike PetSmart or Petco would be like hey would you like to become a member if you're not one and just offer that especially not knowing that none of the sales in store apply to you if you're just a regular customer I just feel like that's some negligence on the staff and some training could be done there to offer the opportunity to take advantage of the sale, especially for people who have never been to one of the locations before.

We told them our dog didn't like getting his hair cut and to only take out the knots, which we thought was going to be only cutting that part of the hair that other grooming places have done in the past. However, this was not the case; they gave me my dog with big bald spots that were completely shaved, and I could see his skin. They charged me $100 just for a bath, the knots and cutting his nails, in which I wouldn't complain if they had done a good job.

The trainers are skilled and experienced, and the one-on-one training was second to none. I highly recommend them.

Go Fish! This locally owned pet shop is a neighborhood gem!…read moreThis place is really cool- I thought the place was clean, the animals looked happy and alive. I really only stuck to the fish store portion of the store. I came in to buy a betta fish. They had a selection of about a dozen of them, in all different colors with different patterns. She led me past intricate tanks, amazing displays, and crazy fountains! The clerk helped me pick one out, stick it in a bag, and she even had some great recommendations about the food and inquired about the water treatment for this new fish. She really helped out with making sure that the little betta would survive. It's been a few weeks, and everything is looking good! I enjoyed the murals on the outside. They have paintings of different pets you can get in there, then there's a painting of dinosaurs. I was disappointed that they didn't have a stegosaurus for sale. The only drawback of this place is that they don't accept AmEx. Parking was easy, with a dedicated private lot. I'd much rather support these guys over the chain stores.

I overlooked how dirty the store was at the time because I really liked the bird they had. I deeply regret my decision, because he passed away on October 3rd. He was the best pal I ever had in my life. I did everything good for that bird. I bought an HP-100 Air filter, fed him freeze-dried veggies and organic pellets, took amazing care of him, and spent all my time giving him love. Only to find out, he contracted a fatal bird passing latent breeding infection in High supply high volume mass produce breeding facilities. This store purchases their birds in massive bulk from a supplier who can't even be traced. I initially assumed they used a local breeder or someone they knew, but his leg band simply read "A 1249". An authentic, ethical breeder uses a solid, closed band that includes a registered aviary code, the state, and the hatch year so the bird is fully traceable. "A 1249" is not a legitimate breeder tag. It is a cheap, open split-band used as a generic inventory barcode by massive, multi-producing bird mills. It is specifically designed to be untraceable so these commercial suppliers and the pet store can avoid liability when the birds inevitably get sick from their overcrowded, unsanitary breeding conditions. Do not buy from this store.
