Since it was…read morediscounted, I wasn't able to go through with them on the app. I mentioned that I had special instructions for my dogs, and they were okay with that. Almost everyday they sent me a mini 5-second clip of my dogs outside, which I appreciated. However, I am giving them 1 star due to their unprofessional communication and possible lack of care of my dogs. Communication with this facility was consistent, and they always responded promptly. However, oftentimes their communication sounded rude/condescending and were not professional and clear (see pictures for reference). For instance, they sent me an instructional text explaining where to park upon arrival. When I got there and couldn't find the "driveway" they were referring to and texted them for clarification, they responded with "instructions explain how." They also asked me how I was paying and when I told them with "card," they said they cannot do card at the moment (this should have been previously communicated, not when I am on the way to their place). When asked to extend the dogs stay, they gave me an incorrect rate amount and blamed it on how early it was in the day. In addition, I had mentioned to them that I am providing them extra food for my dogs just in case when I handed my dogs over to them. Upon the end of their care for my dogs, they mentioned that there was extra dog food and that they threw it away as this was their protocol. While they offered to reimburse me for the wasted food, they should have communicated this ahead of time so that I would have known not to provide any extra food. Additionally, due to privacy concerns, they would not let me see the environment of their house or where they would keep my dogs. This was odd as every dog sitter on Rover I had been to welcomed me into their home and allowed me to see that my dogs would be kept in a clean environment. It appears that my dogs were not given enough water and were possibly fed incorrect food or were not being supervised when eating. As soon as I brought my dogs home from their care, they ran straight to the water bowls and kept drinking water after refilling them twice. Then, one of my dogs rushed to go outside and had terrible diarrhea. For the next few days, she had uncontrollable, non stop diarrhea (inside and outside the house). I understand that dogs can have stomach issues due to boarding anxiety. However, my dogs have been boarded so many times at various facilities and have never had any issues. I do not recommend this facility. They cannot guarantee dog safety, provide reassurance of a clean dog environment to the owner, and communicate professionally. Update: I had previously given them 2 stars, but because of their lack of professionalism with their response, I am reducing it to 1 star: - I had communicated about my dog's diarrhea the following morning because I wanted to wait and see if it was just anxiety related (one off situation) and wanted to give it 24 hours before reaching out. - Also, their instructions state to pull into a driveway and there is no mention of what type of payment they accept. - I had mentioned that I was providing a lot of extra food just in case when I handed over the dogs.

Brianna was super punctual, actually beating us home, and messaged when she arrived. While I did the paperwork, my husband ran inside to get Tennant for his appointment. MnG has a ton of shampoo selections to aid with different issues your pooch may be experiencing.. not to mention, they are all Vegan products! We went with the rose-scented, anti-itch shampoo for Tennant as he tends to scratch often due to his doggie eczema. After the choices were made, we shared how we'd like to get his hair trimmed, and Brianna took our notes and we walked our puppy over to the van and dropped him off for his appointment. About and 1 and a half later, Tennant was walked up to our door step at home, and he looked like a whole new dude! We had to check to make sure he was still the same pup, he looked so good. This is the first time I actually loved his cut. Brianna was able to cut his hair and shave his ears with no nicks or cuts occurring. She even got close to his tush, which tends to be a problem area for all groomers who trim him. I don't know how she did it, but he came home extra-soft, tail wagging, and he just seemed more confident, which is not something I'm used to experiencing when he's had his hair cut. Brianna also gave us some Vegan doggy treats, a cotton toothbrush for him, and was really sweet during the checkout. The price is reasonable considering the convenience, the fact that your dog is their only client, and the quality of the groom. Overall, I am super-impressed and a huge fan of this service. I felt that my dog wasn't stressed out, he got more than enough attention and love, and he came out looking the best he has ever looked after a haircut. Virtual Training: I came to Jamie with a list of problems I was hoping to address. I have a big,…read morestrong, confident Doberman. He was originally given up for behavioral problems, especially issues with cats. While I have worked tirelessly on him through his adolescence... there were some problems I was stuck on and couldn't figure out a way through. After years of crate training, he decided one day he no longer wanted to go in the crate and started to throw his weight around by pancaking on the floor. He was high value item reactive with my sister's greyhound and my Rhodesian Ridgeback puppy. I needed help with muzzle training. I needed help with ecollar work. This might sound like a hell of a list. I had already tried trainers in my area in WA state. I met Jamie previously while attending a training seminar and was impressed with her. I reached out to see if we could tackle some of these things via virtual sessions. She exceeded every expectation I could have had! Within one hour via FaceTime we had my Doberman going into the crate again. We did a couple FaceTime sessions with text support in between. I would send her videos and she could text or call me back with advice. All in total we did 4 FaceTime sessions, each time working through new things and making sure I could handle the progression of the training. Things we accomplished: *Clearer communication via leash pressure *Clearer communication via ecollar *Muzzle work (he actually started to enjoy wearing it) *Double training with my puppy and him to deal with resource guarding high value items *Crate training *Introduced Zulu (Ridgeback puppy) to a cat using trained techniques and the ecollar I can now: *Go to my sisters house and introduce Bodhi to her cat safely *Train both dogs together without Bodhi reacting to the puppy being in his space *Get Bodhi into his physical therapy underwater treadmill with no fuss (same concept as the leash pressure regarding the crate) *Prep the dogs food with both dogs on "place" in the same room with no fuss *Give them bully stick/pigs ears/etc. without any reactions from Bodhi. Some people might think doing training via FaceTime won't work. It does. Jamie had a crystal clear way of communicating. She used her own dogs to demonstrate what she meant if necessary. She was able to nail down my own timing with training from Texas to Washington. I was able to get more done with her than any trainer I have ever worked with. Highly recommend.

We have three dogs and it's not fair to keep one of them separated from their humans, so I reached out for help. One of our neighbors shared with me that Anthony was able to significantly decrease the aggressiveness in their bulldog and felt like he could help us with our situation. After both Scout and Neo spent three weeks at K-9 Collab, and our continuance of the training at home, we continued to see improvement on Scout's part to tolerate Neo. We no longer have to stand guard over Neo when all three go outside...Scout will still stroll by to sniff, but she mostly ignores him.
