And I'll rather not have anyone else go thru this. So I purchased a groupon for a full set of eyelashes with a 2 week fill through Groupon in the beginning of Feb. This week I had some free time and I called her business number Tuesday afternoon, so I can make an appointment. Goes to voicemail, I leave a quick voicemail, and she texts me back. No problem, I think texting is easier. I'll attach the texts, but basically she never got back to me. She texted me she'd give me her availability asap then after her next client. I sent a courtesy text the next day letting her know I was still waiting and NO response. On the back they used no oil. It was a dry massage so that was strange. They used a bucket of water on the side of the sink to rinse my hair and bowl. The towels smelled like mildew. I waited outside then about 15 minutes before my appointment I started calling and texting because the front and back doors were locked. Even attaching my confirmation texts (one of which I received the day before) but didn't receive an answer. My appointment time came and I decided to wait until 5 minutes past it. Right before I was about to leave a young woman came to the door and appeared nervous. I informed her of the situation and showed her my confirmation by text. She called the person who was suppose to run my session but she was on the road doing a different appointment elsewhere. I said it wasn't a problem if I came back. But she insisted she could do it herself. It was still good but it was hard to enjoy it because I felt guilty this lady had to stay way past when she was supposed to leave. While close, I also didn't get the full 90 minutes. The lady also informed me as I was leaving that the place closed at 7pm and advised me to make my appointments earlier. But I clearly wanted to. This was the time I was given out of more availability I originally provided. Overall a decent experience but also very strange and I think it could've easily been avoided by just calling me in advance and let me know the original worker couldn't make the appointment anymore.
