I first called on a Thursday, to which he asked if he could call me back at the number I called from. I said sure, no problem. I never received that call. So I tried again the following Saturday. Mind you, his business hours claim to be open on Saturdays. At first there was no answer, then a call back to say he was at a softball game and would need to call me back. You guessed it! No call back. We tried again the following week, and he claimed he would come look at our rig on the following Tuesday. Never asked for a name, phone number or location of the vehicle. Poor professionalism from this business and I wouldn't recommend it.

The crack spread another 2 inches before I could get back to Texas and have it repaired correctly. Originally they were sought to install both of my new aftermarket bumpers with all of the goodies on my 2021 Toyota Tundra. Being reasonably priced and installing unexpected added items of a rear light bar, and new brakelights, as well as leveling out my nerf/side step bars, they have earned my customer loyalty. They even painted 2 unexpected extra tow hooks to match my paint at a very reasonable rate. I mentioned a scuff in my rear quarter panel and even that was buffed out as a courtesy. A family business since 1979, Jason Hoff has taken the reigns handed down from his father Neal Hoff who clearly installed knowledge, drive and a great old school attitude backed up by solid new school tech and efficiency in his son. To say I am impressed is an understatement. In 2026 it is indeed a rarity to find a business and crew who want to serve their customers so well. Need body/collision work or other incidentals? There are solid reasons Silver City Collision and RV Repair has such a good reputation and loyal return customers! I highly recommend them and look forward to their working on all of our vehicles in the future.
