My front passenger window got hit and cracked all the way across the pane on a Thursday. I checked around and Fast Glass was the first to reply with a quote which ended up being the lowest. I called to set up an appointment and they were able fit me in the following Tuesday. The job only took about a half hour. I will definitely recommend them in the future. read more

Never in my life have I been met with such an attitude mixed with misery, rudeness and unprofessionalism as I was at Carson fast glass. Do you head, heart and soul a favor and avoid getting work done at this location. read more

We had a good experience. We talked with Brandy to schedule everything. They came out and the worker that installed it was professional and did a great job. We were very satisfied. I called to pay the bill and talked to Alicia. She was rude. If you call to get a quote I suggest you talk to Brandy. read more

Had an appointment with them that they messed up and instead of just trying to get me rescheduled the manager instantly started insulting me and treating me rudely. I never even got upset with her. I never leave reviews and have loved Fast Glass but will never use or recommend the Carson city branch. read more

Brought my jeep grand Cherokee to replace a window regulator. Was very satisfied with the service. Very fast and reasonable price. I've used this shop a few times in the past to my full satisfaction. The office manager Alicia was extremely kind and helpful. Very happy with them. Definitely recommend. read more

No problem here. I got in on time, and got out ahead of schedule. My new windshield looks great, no issues. I definitely recommend this business. I have had three previous windshield replacements on this same vehicle from different businesses, and this replacement job was the best, and the most reasonable, thank you Fast Glass. read more

Broke my regulator during installation and still haven't heard from them they don't answer their phone. Will never ever go there again!

Upon having new window put in and leaving sponge blocks in 24 hrs, the window did not go up or down, was not told there was any problems, with the window itself, and 3 phone calls not Returned is horrible business practice. read more

I have a RAV4 Prime with lots of electronics on the windshield. I wanted factory glass. Fast Glass got the glass and moldings from the Toyota dealer. When the parts arrived, they immediately got me in. They installed the glass and calibrated the electronics in about an hour. They really are fast! I'll certainly come back here again. read more

My windshield was broken by a pine cone. I live in South Lake Tahoe and when I called to make an appointment, they were friendly and readily available to help me out. I was able to schedule my appointment for the next day and the installation took about and hour and a half. I am super pleased with their work and how quickly the whole process took place. I would definitely recommend their work to others. read more

What a joke. These guys should have 1/4 of a star and only because they have a sign on the street saying that they replace glass which they don't. I don't think they replace windshields, because they haven't responded to four phone calls with a message asking them to call me back. I also went in and the guy at the desk seemed like it was a struggle for him to spend 30 seconds to answer a question for me and didn't seem to give a shit about me being there, so what a joke, worst customer service I think of anything I've ever dealt with. I've been in Customer Service my whole life in one way shape or form and if you're busy, you can at least return phone calls or leave a message on your machine saying you're so busy that you're not gonna return phone calls and you can't take any more customers. read more

I had requested a quick quote for Fastglass and 3 other companies, within 24 hours I had a quote ($50 cheaper) and a scheduled appointment for 2 days later. Dropped my car off at 2pm and picked it up by 3:30 same day. The shop was busy too. Very happy with the service. If needed in the future, it will be my first and only place of business. read more

Fast Glass planned and installed two custom shower glass installations at my home in Lake Tahoe. My installation was on an older remodeled home. Jeremy was the head technician. He was able to solve issues related to crooked walls and non level existing flooring. Fast Glass measured all glass correctly ...and there were a lot of measurements. My new shower doors look great and move smoothly. Its good to find qualified installers and competent workers. It's good to find workers who can correctly measure ...It's not always the case. Thanks again. We'll be return customers. read more

Had my windshield replaced here a couple years ago. They did a great job. But this time around I have left several message and even placed an estimate request online and can't seem to get anyone to call me back. I understand people are busy but communication is key. If you can't bother to respond to customers then you don't deserve the business. read more

Made an appointment. Confirmed the appointment. Fast Glass didn't show up. Colossal waste of time. Didn't return phone calls after either.

I've been trying to get a piece of glass for my slider door from this place for over 3 weeks. First time, they came with the wrong size. Second time (a week later), they came with the wrong size. Third time (10 days later), they scheduled an appointment and never showed up. I even called to see if they were coming and was supposed to hear back from someone. No calls. No texts. Keep in mind, each time I had to block out time in my busy day for these alleged installations. I called the corporate VP and complained about all these mishaps. He offered to replace the glass for free. But, by this time, I had a bad feeling about dealing with them. They would probably install it wrong and it would leak, or something. Next! Going to pay another company about 20% more but hopefully, they will actually do the work! read more

Stopped by with no appointment and they were able to fill the chip in our windshield right away! Finished in 20 minutes while we waited. Great service! read more

Had a rock chip on my windshield. Pulled in to Fast Glass without an appointment. Greeted right away and the rock chip was inspected. These guys are the BEST in the area, by far! Curt and his team are responsive, polite, and know the glass business like no one else! We've used them to replace glass at our home a number of times (the hazard of living on a golf course) and made repairs to glass in our vehicles. Always a great job! read more

Took my wife's Q3 in because the rear view mirror had become detached. From the start I could see the Manager was not interested with the problem. He came our and sat in the car and looked at the dangling mirror. He said you need a new windshield because the mirror attaches to a built-in windshield bracket. Walked away and started to help another customer who just got there; no estimate or anything.A Rude individual and not worthy of my business.Got in the car and drove off. Wouldn't recommend this business at all!! read more

Fast Glass ghosted me. I visited them and they said they would get back to me. I left voicemails. No response.

Very courteous staff behind the counter and repairing our windshield. No wait time. Clean and pleasant facility.

Traveling through Carson Valley, a rock shattered the driver's side window of our motorhome. We're days from home and can't travel with no window due to the heat/bugs/noise. It would take weeks to get a replacement, but these guys, Ernie in particular, came up with a temporary solution of cutting a piece of acrylic and taoing it in place to get us home. It worked beautifully! They really saved the day and were so accomodating to help us on the spot while our big rv and tow car took up space in their lot. Five stars for this great business! read more

I scheduled an appointment online, no confirmation. Left 6 voicemails, no return back. Here I am 2.5 weeks later, 12+ phone calls in and no one has answers the phone or returned my messages. I'll take my money else where. read more

They were able to repair the poor repairs to my car from another local business. The customer service and repairs were done quickly and done right! I feel bad that I didn't come here first! Out of the blue I got a large crack in my windshield. I called 2 different dealerships and both referred me to "Fast Glass". The price for a new windshield (for a Toyota 4-Runner) with electrochromic mirror feature was $225 - installed. You are allowed to pick your appointment time (8am, 9am, 10am - or 1pm ,2pm, 3pm). I went for the 8am - and I was out by 9am. They have a small but nice waiting room - with an amazing dog who welcome each guest. I hope I never get another cracked windshield - but if I do ..... I will 100% go back to Fast Glass - Carson City. read more

Have an older truck and I was having trouble getting the windshield replaced. Got a quote from a place out of Reno who said that they would come to me. They came but because the truck was old he was hesitant to fix it. Took it to Fast Glass in Carson City on a Thursday and they said no problem. Got an appointment on Friday. The windshield was replaced on time and I was charged 1/2 the amount of the Reno outfit wanted to charge. Thank you Fast Glass. read more

I had a chip in my windshield from a rock hitting it. Fast Glass repaired it immediately and now there is little sign there was even a chip there. My windshield needed a repair. The repair was done with care and fast. I highly recommend them!

I most likely will put myself through the anguish that I endured with my window replacement task, while relying on their so so service. Supposedly the task was held up due to a sick employee. Once the order finally arrived, they failed to properly seal the upper edge of one of the windows.I called and I was told that they would send someone out to repair it, nearly a week ago. Needless to say, I am through with them. I will try my luck with a different entity, the next time I need glass installed. read more

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE... had dealing with this location twice now... once last year for window screens (they may 2 the wrong size & they had to original screens, lost one frame altogether, and never made the 4th one at all ..took 6 weeks) .. this time rear window shattered.. left me to wait outside for a ride home as he wanted to leave early .. cold, dark , snowing.. than next day no contact to advise car being work on and almost done .. made excuses as to why there was still shattered glass in back seat/window after telling me it was all vacuumed up ... I would NOT RECOMMEND this business to anyone !!! read more

I would highly recommend this company, my questions were answered, and they even gave me a complimentary, temporary solution to my window problem. I had the minor inconvenience of my window falling into my car door, which turned into a big problem considering my lack of car knowledge and my desperate need to get it fixed. I called them and they explained to me the possible causes and recommend I come in so they can take a look. Once there they explained to me what had happened and got the necessary part ordered. I had to wait until the next day, but they propped the window up for me in the meantime. I had a very good experience here, it was a decent price, and I'd be quick to go back with any other problems I have ! read more
