What a joke. These guys should have 1/4 of a star and only because they have a sign on the street saying that they replace glass which they don't. I don't think they replace windshields, because they haven't responded to four phone calls with a message asking them to call me back. I also went in and the guy at the desk seemed like it was a struggle for him to spend 30 seconds to answer a question for me and didn't seem to give a shit about me being there, so what a joke, worst customer service I think of anything I've ever dealt with. I've been in Customer Service my whole life in one way shape or form and if you're busy, you can at least return phone calls or leave a message on your machine saying you're so busy that you're not gonna return phone calls and you can't take any more customers. read more

I have a RAV4 Prime with lots of electronics on the windshield. I wanted factory glass. Fast Glass got the glass and moldings from the Toyota dealer. When the parts arrived, they immediately got me in. They installed the glass and calibrated the electronics in about an hour. They really are fast! I'll certainly come back here again. read more

But this time around I have left several message and even placed an estimate request online and can't seem to get anyone to call me back. I understand people are busy but communication is key. I've been trying to get a piece of glass for my slider door from this place for over 3 weeks. First time, they came with the wrong size. Second time (a week later), they came with the wrong size. Third time (10 days later), they scheduled an appointment and never showed up. I even called to see if they were coming and was supposed to hear back from someone. No calls. No texts. Keep in mind, each time I had to block out time in my busy day for these alleged installations. I called the corporate VP and complained about all these mishaps. He offered to replace the glass for free. But, by this time, I had a bad feeling about dealing with them. They would probably install it wrong and it would leak, or something. Next! Going to pay another company about 20% more but hopefully, they will actually do the work! read more

It seemed they were busy at the time, but the windshield was worked on immediately. I was at Fast Glass for 15 minutes and you can't tell the windshield was ever chipped after the fix. Took my wife's Q3 in because the rear view mirror had become detached. From the start I could see the Manager was not interested with the problem. He came our and sat in the car and looked at the dangling mirror. He said you need a new windshield because the mirror attaches to a built-in windshield bracket. Traveling through Carson Valley, a rock shattered the driver's side window of our motorhome. We're days from home and can't travel with no window due to the heat/bugs/noise. It would take weeks to get a replacement, but these guys, Ernie in particular, came up with a temporary solution of cutting a piece of acrylic and taoing it in place to get us home. It worked beautifully! They really saved the day and were so accomodating to help us on the spot while our big rv and tow car took up space in their lot. Out of the blue I got a large crack in my windshield. I called 2 different dealerships and both referred me to "Fast Glass". The price for a new windshield (for a Toyota 4-Runner) with electrochromic mirror feature was $225 - installed. You are allowed to pick your appointment time (8am, 9am, 10am - or 1pm ,2pm, 3pm). I went for the 8am - and I was out by 9am. They have a small but nice waiting room - with an amazing dog who welcome each guest. I hope I never get another cracked windshield - but if I do ..... Have an older truck and I was having trouble getting the windshield replaced. Got a quote from a place out of Reno who said that they would come to me. They came but because the truck was old he was hesitant to fix it. Took it to Fast Glass in Carson City on a Thursday and they said no problem. Got an appointment on Friday. Once the order finally arrived, they failed to properly seal the upper edge of one of the windows.I called and I was told that they would send someone out to repair it, nearly a week ago. I would highly recommend this company, my questions were answered, and they even gave me a complimentary, temporary solution to my window problem. I had the minor inconvenience of my window falling into my car door, which turned into a big problem considering my lack of car knowledge and my desperate need to get it fixed. I called them and they explained to me the possible causes and recommend I come in so they can take a look. Once there they explained to me what had happened and got the necessary part ordered.
