The other automatic machines I've used before could at least get rid of most stains. This one left all the stains there. Maybe I should've paid for the more expensive option, but I've never really had to do that before. Their $12 wash was more like a quick soapy rinse of the car + quick dry. I'm not expecting all the stains to come off...but to have the same amount remaining is kind of disappointing. The drying machine looked pretty good tho.

A car wash and basic detailing was $189 which is reasonable for the labor and for the area. They were able to book me in the next day which I really appreciate it! The place was easy to find, nestled off the main El Camino busy road. I dropped it off and they said they would text me 10-20 minutes before it was done. It took about 1-2 hours and they did exactly what they said they did - I got a text 15 minutes before and my car was ready shy of 2 hours. I was able to walk down El Camino to Coupa Caffe (which is about 10 minute walk) and wait there. That was very convenient as I didn't have to take an uber anywhere but was able to enjoy the nice sunshine with a brisk walk. Highly recommend going to go get a coffee while you wait! When I did pick up the car, it was beautifully polished and well clean inside. They even cleaned my kids car seats which I appreciated!! This is a small local business and they seem to really care about their client satisfaction. So if you are looking to get your car washed, cleaned, detailed... this is the place!!!

There's no tap pay, so you have to insert your card which is extra suspicious. There' used to be lights on no matter how late I came here to wash my car, but it was dark, no lights. The only lights, thankfully, was this taco truck parked right in the little lot. There was a car there, already driven into the auto car wash port, but nothing came on. Even as I was backing out to leave, I never saw the wash come on for that car, again, no lights, and I don't think it should have taken that long to start. 2-stars for what it used to be. AVOID!

I spilled coffee on the (fabric) passenger seat of my new Corolla and just couldn't get the stain and smell of it out at home. The appointment was easy to make (they fit me in right away), and the service itself was fast - there's a Starbucks down the road to wait at. Brian and the team was able to get almost all of the stain out (see pics). And the people there were really nice! Overall, great value and experience - highly recommend!

The staff assured me that a light power wash with a steam clean would not affect any internal engine components --and they were correct. Recommend Holy Moly highly, a near-religious experience. The workers have always been nice when I have been there, and while they will ask you if you want certain upgrades, they aren't pushy about it. The wash itself is obviously not going to be as detail-oriented as if you were washing the car yourself, so sure there may be some missed spots and maybe a spot or two where everything didn't come completely off, but all in all I do consider this to be one of the better ones. It also helps if you're going during a less busy time. Overall, I think it's a reasonable car wash and I appreciate that they give you a free wash after a certain number of washes and that they track that automatically through your license plate so you don't need to make any sort of account. The cup holder area on the left door was still dirty, and several areas clearly had not been vacuumed properly. There were also other spots inside the car that had been left dirty. When I pointed these issues out to the employee, instead of simply acknowledging that some areas had been missed, I was initially told that I had paid for "carpet shampoo," as if basic vacuuming and cleaning the dirt and black marks around the door areas were not included in the regular cleaning service. The areas I was showing had nothing to do with carpet shampoo. At the end, they did offer to clean the car again, but by that point I felt uncomfortable with the way the situation had been handled, so I declined. If they had simply said, "Yes, it looks like we missed these areas. Let us take care of them right away," I honestly would have had no problem at all. Mistakes happen, and I completely understand that some spots can be overlooked. My disappointment was not just about the missed areas; it was mainly about how my concern was initially handled and how I was made to feel as though I was asking for something that wasn't included in the service. I would have appreciated a more professional and customer-friendly response. I paid $135 for this wash.
