It took me hours to find someone, yet Michael gladly took the call, communicated great instruction, and found me and my car! He is really great at this and was able to ease my range-anxiety. If you are ever stuck, please contact them! Prior to my service, he helped a single mom with two kids, they were stuck due to no oil in their car. Michael really cares and should definitely be considered for a bonus in the near future. Thank you to San Clemente Towing for arranging the service tonight on this busy, cold holiday. I have two positive service experiences I'd like to share…read more.. First off, Mosey (the manager) is a business owner's dream employee. His knowlege, customer service and honesty is beyond what we've come to expect to get in the real world. He's hired very competent mechanics that show pride in their job. I moved to this area earlier this year from Murrieta, where I was a customer of the Ramona Tire there for many years. This May, I needed to replace the squeeking brakes on my 2023 Silverado 1500 pickup. I researched and purchased a top of the line brake kit consisting of rotors and pads and I needed them installed. I initially spoke with Mosey on the phone and he was more than happy to perform the labor for the premium brake kit I purchased. While in for service I also had them change the fluid in my front and rear differentials and flush & fill my radiator cooling system. I was beyond happy with the price and quality of work they performed. Two months later I took my pickup back to Mosey and had his stellar crew install a lift kit, new front coilover shocks, rear shocks, new tires & wheels and they aligned the front end. This was a major improvement to the pickups ride and handling. Their workmanship was superb, which is why I will continue to go back to them. In both instances the jobs were completed on time and the price was more than fair.

Thank you, Mozie! I borrowed my son's car for a quick errand and quickly realized his brakes were…read morein desperate need of replacement, the pads were literally grinding as I drove down the road. After a quick Google search, Ramona Tire popped up with great reviews, so I called. I was promptly greeted by an AI assistant, which honestly surprised me! To my surprise, I was able to book an appointment within an hour. Mozie then called to confirm, and just four hours later, I had new brakes, an oil change, and a few other maintenance items that were recommended. The prices were very reasonable, and most importantly, my son's car is safe and drivable again. The service was truly above and beyond, yet completely low-key. There was zero pushy sales or pressure just a kind, reassuring, "We'll get it taken care of and fixed. No worries." Exactly the kind of service you hope to find when you need a repair unexpectedly. Thank you, Mozie and Ramona Tire!
