I recently had a complete stereo system installed in my 2019 Toyota Tundra including the Alpine deck, 10 speakers in the doors and dash, 2 subwoofers w/box, 2 Amps, XM radio, Dynamat on all 4 doors and rear wall, front bumper camera, and all the wiring to make it work. Originally, I planned on installing it all myself and had purchased the all the items but later changed my mind after I realized how much work it was. That's when I looked up Bonnie & Clyde's and made an appointment for install. I spoke with Mason, the owner, and his brother about what I wanted and handed them the keys. Their senior installer handled my install start to finish and did an amazing job with everything. The finished product was immaculate; no cables were visible, everything fit right, and the vehicle still looked stock which was awesome. We sat in the truck for a test run of the new system and I gotta say...WOW! It sounds INCREDIBLE! Everything is tuned to perfection and I couldn't be happier. These guys really know their stuff. I plan on having the team at Bonnie & Clyde's do some work on my other vehicle in the near future. Their level of professionalism, attention to detail, pride in their work, and friendly "no pressure" approach to the way they handle business has made me a customer for life. Eric said he would arrive in about an hour but showed up roughly three hours late. He checked the cameras only after he had already attached all of them with adhesive. He should have verified the live view on the app before permanently sticking them down. Problems I found afterward: * Rear camera is mounted upside-down and left/right flipped * Front camera is not centered and needs to be moved more to the middle I contacted him about the issues and he said he would check the schedule. After that, he ghosted. For a $250 three-camera job, checking orientation and positioning on the app before using adhesive should be basic procedure. I ended up having to correct the problems myself. Would not recommend.
