Benson actually did a house call at his own suggestion the day after I first contacted Mobile Audio & Security as he was in the area. After a bit of inspection and equipment removal, he isolated the root cause of my car's one year plus "no-audio-at-all" situation (and I had followed every YouTube and online recommendation on how to remedy). If I had gone to the dealer to perform the repair, the inspection alone was a nominal $200. In addition, the online part new would've cost between $1500-$2000. Benson suggested just searching the websites for a used one and showed me how to easily remove and install the part. Off-road Jeep and security sound like an oxymoron, but we've been having an increase in auto vandalism in the area, and I had my soft top window slashed a few months ago, so I decided to put one in.
