I can't count how many times I've been almost into a car accident in the past year. Instead of cowering down in fear, I've decided to buy a dash cam in order to protect myself for the unforeseeable future. I went on YouTube to find the best dash cam that money could buy. I was ready to install it all by myself with no prior knowledge of installing a dash cam in the first place. Being overwhelmed with information about things to do and things NOT to do when installing a dash cam, I've decided to have it professionally done by a professional. Looking all over in Yelp, I decided to go with Mobile Audio & Security due to the wealth of positive reviews it's been receiving in the past few years. Benson was very flexible with his scheduling and so we both decided to do my installation right after I finished work in the morning. Benson actually did a house call at his own suggestion the day after I first contacted Mobile Audio & Security as he was in the area. After a bit of inspection and equipment removal, he isolated the root cause of my car's one year plus "no-audio-at-all" situation (and I had followed every YouTube and online recommendation on how to remedy). If I had gone to the dealer to perform the repair, the inspection alone was a nominal $200. In addition, the online part new would've cost between $1500-$2000. Benson suggested just searching the websites for a used one and showed me how to easily remove and install the part.
