Organized with their products just like a local corner gas station should, though its in the middle of nowhere on Route 22! The restroom was clean and pleasant with a bit of rural northeastern decor. They also have a little sandwich shop which are made by order with local Vermot cheeses if you like. Now they do have only i gas pump which is fine for rural town. I brought a second car over and he told me the things that were wrong with it and advised me to talk to the dealer about getting it fixed before I bought it. I did and they did!! Jon got me in for the next week for an undercoat and oil change he filled all the fluids and explained to me that I needed to keep an eye on the oil because it was a car that tends to burn more. The conclusion to this is that instead of having me get the car and then pay him to do the work he was fair and honest and helped me save money. This is the most honest shop I've ever been to, and as a woman that's saying allot!!

I'm glad I got over my doubts, because they did an excellent job! I was due for a 20k mile service, and with travel coming up, I couldn't wait a week for the closest VW dealer (where I'm visiting) to take my car in. The VW dealer also told me that once they saw me, it would take at least two hours, and when I had further questions, they sent me to a service advisor's voicemail! I called Warren Tire around 1:45 PM, and they could take me in for a synthetic oil change and tire rotation by 4 PM that same day. You can't ask for anything more, especially in a rural area. I will say they didn't have the 5w40 synthetic oil that I wanted, but 5w30 is also within VW specs and they of course had that. Tires were all rotated just fine, and unlike other shops, they didn't leave any schmutz on the inside or outside of my car. As others have mentioned, you wouldn't expect to find a modern auto service center in what frankly appears to be a crumbling old railroad depot from the outside. This old railroad depot lends a nice historical ambiance compared to the generic boxes you'll see everywhere else. The AC was ice cold on a humid 95 degree day, and the restrooms are clean. I had my car back in less than an hour! $60 for synthetic oil change and $22 for tire rotation, came to a shade under $90 after taxes and fees. Not the cheapest, but less than the VW "stealership" and extremely convenient. I'd come back to Warren Tire in Whitehall anytime. You probably won't wait long, but if you need to, there's a nice canal front area to walk along, a CVS, and a couple of local eateries (deli, Chinese, and a tavern) within walking distance.

We are from CA so I went inside to grab a drink and ask them to turn on the air. Shelves were a little empty and I didn't find a drink I was interested in. Vibes were off as well. When I asked the staff they said it was $2 for air and then asked someone else who said it was $2.50. After filling up at the pump, it was actually $3 for the machine, which isn't a huge deal, but when I started putting air in I realized that the gauge was so rusted you couldn't read it. It also stopped when I was on the third tire. When I did get in and check the pressure, it hadn't changed at all. So we paid $6 for nothing. It was pretty annoying and I just can't recommend this place. Keep driving.
