Normally during the winter season. I walked in through their back door in which the window was steeled bar LOL. The girls we're friendly from the get-go! Either they worked for the family or just seasonal people working through the winter. Very hospitable and friendly upon first interaction. Organized with their products just like a local corner gas station should, though its in the middle of nowhere on Route 22! The restroom was clean and pleasant with a bit of rural northeastern decor. They also have a little sandwich shop which are made by order with local Vermot cheeses if you like. Now they do have only i gas pump which is fine for rural town. The lighting around the around could need some work at there is only one light below the huge Gulf sign shining above. I would rate them 4 star's but instead will add an honorery 1 star just cause...

Multiple reasons:…read more1) Location: right off the highway. 2) Convenient store: good if you need a quick cup of coffee, some Combos, ice, or washer fluid. 3) CLEAN BATHROOMS: here's where the stars are earned, as this is sometimes rare at a gas station. This location has a separate facility devoted to "the facilities". Located in the Log Cabin off to the side, there is a Ladies, Men's, and Family room to address your comfort needs. Signs around the cabin say that the Irving Oil brand prides itself on clean restrooms. It's no frills, but super clean and most everything is no-touch. This can often be a Godsend to traveling families & parents of small kids. There's also a bench inside if members of your party need to wait.
