I was hanging out with some friends and decided it was good idea to drive down a FULLY flooded road and made it half way down the flooded road in a about a foot of water surrounding my whole entire car and it died right in the middle of a homemade lake and I called boondocks to come tow me out and Zach came right down in about five mins flat and got us right out and drugged through the freezing cold water and got us out and boondocks worked on my car in record time got it all fixed and ready to go and was pretty affordable so thank you to Zach and Travis for there incredible service and 10/10 would recommend them. read more

My vehicle was towed by this company around 12am from work after several other companies cancelled or failed to show up. The driver was so polite and professional eventhough he came from Brandon to Vergennes which is an extremely long drive for him. He assured me that my vehicle would be safe. The tow truck left my car at the dealership overnight which was very helpful. This was the best towing experience. I would recommend him. read more

This business was very rude to deal with. The first time I ever called they picked up and the way that they speak to customers upon greeting you is very cold and unprofessional. I put a call in at noon to get my vehicle towed on a clear day. They told me that someone would arrive at 1:30 so I had a driver come and meet me and leave their car running. By 3 o'clock they still hadn't arrived so I had called to check in and was very polite. They were not polite at all and was actually talking to somebody else while I was trying to get this resolved. The driver arrived at 3:30 for a destination of a GPS arrival the tow was supposed to be dropped off by 6:45. My ride sat with me in the car until 8 o'clock where boondocks towing still had not arrived with the vehicle being towed. When I called to check in they had told me that earlier the tow truck driver stopped to change a fuel filter and was only supposed to be there for five minutes and was there an hour. The communication is extremely bad. They are very rude and unprofessional. My day ended up turning into 12 hours which was double the amount of time that it should have been. We did not arrive home until 1130 at night due to their lack of communication and professionalism. I will never use this again read more

I blew out two tires late on a Saturday night. Not only did they come out and picked me and my wife up, they towed my car back to the shop and dropped us off back at the hotel in under an hour. Tires replaced and out the door by noon the next day. Big thank you to Travis, Patrick and the rest of the crew. A more professional, nicer bunch of folks you'll be hard pressed to meet. The BEST! Boondock Motors Towing. You would have to be an idiot to hire them. Over a 4 hour period they lied about their ETA 4 times. Be there in 20 minutes. Never called back. Never showed up. Called Carrara Services. They showed up in 15 minutes. Ever see the movie Money Pit? When asked the contractor said it would take 2 weeks to complete the project. Project took a year. CAUTION THESE GUYS BROKE MY CAR!!!! AND COST ME 1500 IN TOWS AND FIXING THINGS THEY BROKE!!! At first I was very grateful because they seemed very friendly and helpful. They gave me a tow when my alternator went bad and I was stranded. I remember when the tow truck driver was getting my car on the tow truck I heard a sound come from underneath my car. I didn't think too much about it I just thought the cable slipped. So they REPLACED my alternator for me and got me on my way for 600+ bucks which was a bit expensive but I was just grateful for the help. Well afterwards my front tires started going bald very VERY quickly. And I had a blow out on the highway. So I get brand new tires on the fronts and they go bad in a month! I go to get a THIRD set of tires and an alignment. When I arrived to pick it up they asked if I was towed recently because my tie rod was bend so badly that they couldn't do the alignment. I had just been to the boondocks to get a hub fixed literally the day before and they were going to give me an alignment but then changed their mind because they knew I was getting tires put on and said to just have them do it!! I wonder why?!? So I decided I wasn't going to be going back to boondocks anymore and I'll cut my losses. Well fast forward to 4 months later... I was head back home from a trip and I'm 3 hours from home in New York and I hear a wine from my car. I thought it was just the wet roads on my tires but my battery light comes on and it's my alternator! I pulled off as soon as I could my car shuts down. I pop the hood and it's my Alternator has fallen off!! The bolts haven't been fully tightened so because of that the radiator wasn't pumping fluid, my engine got too hot and broke! I've taken really good care of my car over the years and it makes me really upset that something like this could even happen. You really want to trust the people working on your vehicle to do a good job especially if you are paying them good money that you work very hard for. Do I think that they intended to screw me over no... but they also where just careless and it cost me my car. read more

These guys were excellent, came out to change my flat tire in great time on a cold evening. They were meticulous and professional, and gracious. As I was driving home slowly with a donut tire and my hazards on, I pulled over to let a few cars pass me, and turns out, they were one of those cars, on their way to the next call. They stopped, put on their lights, and got out to check that my tires were doing ok. Great Service! read more

Great company with a wonderful staff! Travis towed our car last weekend from Vermont to New Hampshire after we popped a tire. We were very grateful! He was friendly and helpful, even let us take a third person in the tow truck, despite the dispatcher saying we would have had to find our friend a ride back to NH because of limited seating.
