I dropped my car off for an inspection sticker and four new tire sensors on Wednesday 08/27/2025. Only found out today, Tuesday 09/02/2025, that they need to order and receive the sensors first and that they haven't done the inspection sticker yet. So my car was just sitting there in their lot for more than a few days, without them notifying me of anything like that. They finally did the sticker today after having my car for 3 entire business days before the long weekend. So I paid for a week long pending inspection sticker and frustrated, I brought my car to a tire shop elsewhere and had my car back in an hour and a half (and with a better price). This is the last time I'll be irritated leaving Randolph auto, and I suggest you might want to consider many other auto shops that are honest and that'll treat you like a paying customer. I'll use this review to also plug Town Fair Tire in Quincy as they took me without an appointment, and got me what I wanted in 1.5 hours, compared to almost a week at Randolph auto.

I want to give credit where credit is due... free vacuums at a car wash are always a good idea…read more Yet, I don't go to car wash for vacuums, at least not as a primary goal. My main goal is to leave with a car that is squeaky clean. When a coupon came in to get a Diamond Wash for free, I decided to go as spring was starting... the salt washed off the roads, and driving a clean car off the lot and getting hit with salt spray is a shame. My car body left the tunnel clean and shiny...if only I could also say that for the windows. Water spots aplenty! There is a sign letting you know you ought to towel dry your vehicle the rest of the way... but where are the towels? Allow me to also mention to speed with which it pushed me though. If it were busy, I'd be understanding, but there were no other cars. With this, it's hard to determine if I got a proper coating of the wax and ceramic sealer. Maybe... with a car as old as mine, it's hard to tell. Benefit of the doubt? Plus I realize an automated tunnel will not even be close to applying a wax by hand. One final note: if you're going to do a lightshow, have the light go onto the water and wax/other chemicals. If you instead point very bright color LED's at the car, it doesn't look cool, and even had a bit of a blinding effect. Yet, it still comes down to the water spots. My car can be shiny, but I don't see the outside of my car from inside. I do see the glass.

Reached into my car and tried to get my passenger to take the information and when we firmly said no, he threatened to take a picture of my license plate, card, and force me into the monthly subscription. Just a busy area in general though. It´s a full service gas station and it´s called ¨Roger´s Services¨, since they also provide car repair services on the side of their building. Don't have many other details. I would assume they do cat inspections and probably tires and brakes at the minimum. Checks cashed here too. People who work there are nice, but the folks who are yelling and seem miserable out in the parking lot are not pleasant. Find somewhere else to go bother people please! Prices are cheap and service is fast. They have a small convenience store, but I wouldn´t ever bother to go in. Looked crummy and old. In desperate needs of an update, but definitely agree with the other Yelper that know one goes to a gas station to look at a nice sign or building. 3 stars for Roger´s Services.
