Had a K-frame replaced there after mechanic "Ed" assured me he has done this several times and it is a common problem in my car. I agreed with his diagnosis and had it done there, costing me $450 for repairs. However, he seems to have been dropped the engine and transmission rather violently in doing this repair, as after collecting my car on a Friday, my Monday morning commute in August during some heat, when my AC kicked in by UMass, it blew up! I also noticed my engine had a bad knock. To make a long story shorter, they damaged my low pressure line. After some hesitation, the manager agreed to make amends and swore he replaced the line. The A/C started to work and I dismissed the matter, until recently I opened open the bonnet and saw a piece of plastic wrapped around the A/C line. They just did a simple repair with tape / plastic. They also shifted my transmission dipstick, and a recent mechanic told me that my rear engine mount is busted. All related to this "repair" The manager denied doing any damage and has been lying to me throughout. I also have a gas leak smell in the car after their repair, which he has denied. I gave 2 stars because they have another mechanic there who is really nice and professional, but too bad the manager and the garage as a whole, is dishonest.

My main goal is to leave with a car that is squeaky clean. When a coupon came in to get a Diamond Wash for free, I decided to go as spring was starting... the salt washed off the roads, and driving a clean car off the lot and getting hit with salt spray is a shame. My car body left the tunnel clean and shiny...if only I could also say that for the windows. Water spots aplenty! There is a sign letting you know you ought to towel dry your vehicle the rest of the way... but where are the towels? Allow me to also mention to speed with which it pushed me though. If it were busy, I'd be understanding, but there were no other cars. With this, it's hard to determine if I got a proper coating of the wax and ceramic sealer. Maybe... with a car as old as mine, it's hard to tell. Benefit of the doubt? Plus I realize an automated tunnel will not even be close to applying a wax by hand. One final note: if you're going to do a lightshow, have the light go onto the water and wax/other chemicals. If you instead point very bright color LED's at the car, it doesn't look cool, and even had a bit of a blinding effect. Yet, it still comes down to the water spots. My car can be shiny, but I don't see the outside of my car from inside. I do see the glass.

Prices are high, especially compared to some of the cheap little places here and around Boston, but overall it's a friendly gas station with nice service, decent bathrooms, and plenty of products inside to add calories while you're driving. I visited this gas station once alone, and once with my friend, and shell review it at some point, I'm sure.
