This is in regards to the car wash at this Mobil station. This has to be THE WORST car wash I've ever been to. I've got my truck washed here on two occasions because it's close to my home and convenient. On both occasions I used the touch free wash 11.00-13.00 . In short, it doesn't wash your truck. It washes the front ok but completely misses the sides completely. It also does a terrible job at drying your vehicle. This time I took pictures to prove it. Avoid this car wash. So first, I do want to say that I like the carwash as a car wash WHEN IT IS WORKING!!! Which is one of the problems... it never is! But when it is working... I like the job it does, I like that it isn't on a track so you can just drive through without it tearing up your tires because the tracks are hard to figure out... I like the way it dries for a drive through... over all it is the easiest and most efficient as drive through car washes go... However.... prices are usually higher, receipts at the pumps are constantly OUT of paper so you have to walk in to get your receipt if you need one... and I usually do need one cuz my freaking CODE for my carwash is on it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They "finally" started posting Out Of Order signs on the pumps due to complaints. The problem: If you purchase 8 or more gallons of gas you can receive a discount on your car wash. But the car wash has an expiration of five (5) days on the receipt with the code. If the car wash is out of order on the day you get the code, and then it is raining or you just don't happen to get back in the area within that time period, and you do not return to use it within the five (5) days it is lost. And you are SOL! ( Which was the attitude I got when inquiring about it) Though you PAID for it. Working with gift certificates, I have learned that if cash $$ money is used to purchase them. There can never be an expiration. If it is complimentary or donated then there can be an expiration but if money is exchanged there cannot be. I understand that the codes change every five days but regardless if the carwash is out of order, it should not be the customer's responsibility or should we lose out on our purchase. When I asked if I bought gas and then realized the car wash was out of order, could I come back and have a NEW code re-issued and was told no. I was offered my money back for the purchase that day but the problem is... what about the customers that don't bother to ask the question? They have paid almost $10 for a carwash they will never receive if they don't redeem the code within 5 days. Bottom line. Can they sell a code for cash money for a carwash during a gas purchase and not honor that code after 5 days for "ANY" reason? In my business, the answer is no. What is the solution to this problem? Hmmm so look what I find... If you click on the link below you will see that someone else has gone as far as to sue ... which I think is a little excessive but I can almost see how sometimes when you get a rude "Oh well, too bad for you" kind of response like I got from who I presumed was the owner...you might want to do a little more than waste your time just complaining. Came in to get snacks and use the restroom. Young man cleaning the bathroom comes over and yanks the women's bathroom door open. At which point myself, another woman, and a gentleman (child's father) quickly inform him there are two ladies in there. And to knock before entering a bathroom. After the mother of the child leaves the restroom (the young girls still inside) before mother can get out the worker yanks the door open. At this point the father jumps forward blocking the door. Everyone at the door is now actively informing the gentleman that there's a child in the restroom still. To please wait. After I use the restroom and am washing my hands I hear the bathroom door two times yank. As I unlock It the same gentleman is trying to pull the door open. I informed him once again I already told him not to burst into restrooms. After multiple people speaking to the front about the incident we were told by Michele that "he's young" and she walked away. read more

Customer service related review: after filling up my tank and buying some snacks from this station, I realized I had locked my keys and phone in my truck which was still at the pump. I asked the female attendant to borrow the phone to call AAA and was denied. I was basically stranded and had to ask other customers to borrow a cell phone. Not happy with the service provided when my wife requested a receipt when the receipt printed at the pump was unreadable. Approached Mike the clerk inside for a reprint for the car wash. The clerk was obviously more interested conversing with a female standing at the counter not purchasing anything, just standing at counter frantizing. After patiently waiting the clerk just laughed and several minutes later provided the reprint. As she exited the store he stated that she was a "bitch" to his co worker and female customer. When confronted he became indignant denying his remark. Mike's ability to attend to business was seriously lacking not to mention his rudeness.
