They really should think about renaming this wash. First off my car sat there waiting to be vacuumed for 40 mins. Once the vacuuming was done it went thru the washer then sat there for another 20 mins waiting to be half assed and handed off To me. I got a sorry for the wait from the guy who was very nice, and I don't know that it was his fault, but more the fact that there were only 2 guys I believe running the place. Even then there was 1 other car in front of mine. So all in all it took an hour and a half to get a half ass machine wash for my car. I had to finish the job once I got back to my sisters. I'm sorry but for an hour and a half and $50 my car should've been spotless! I'm including some pictures.

They just forgot the car vents and the area something feels hard to miss when you're paying that extra amount. Who wants to babysit them doing your car... And in those lines they vacuum the car and prep it for the wash. 10 cars deep with one attendant going back and forth by himself!!! This is so inefficient and unacceptable! And we all know that when it's hot "people wash their vehicles"!!! Stop being cheap and hire at least 4 more people to get the cars moving thru the car wash!!!
