Wow…read more Stopped for gas. My last stop of a 2300 mile trip. They didn't answer in the radio so I called on the phone to let them know I was coming in the front door with a pretty good headwind. A girl verified they indeed had fuel and hung up. Got to the dock and tied up, no one in sight. I start filling one tank and the pump is barely pumping. Stopped, gave it time to prime (half a dozen times) but couldn't get it to pump. Still no one around. Get back off the boat and go find a worker to help. She said she would be right out and I returned to my vessel. A few minutes later she approached my boat dragging a different fuel hose. She stops 5' short of my stern, extends her arm out and shoulder height and pulled the trigger to FULL. Aiming ahead of herself onto their floating dock she exclaims that this one working better. As gas is now splattering all over me, my boat, and their dock I was in awe when she handed me the nozzle and walked back towards the office. Sad to see just how bad society has completely lost respect for our environment. I totally blame management for the lack of proper training and employing people that have no business working there. It used to be a real job, a fuel dock worker. Now we let any warm body willing to work for minimum wages.

Mike and his team at Progressive literally worked their magic - I cannot believe this is the same car- they helped me pick out new rims and completely detailed it - the headlights look brand new- actually the whole car looks brand new - I was very impressed by their knowledge and care to not take short cuts and do the best for the car. As a woman it's scary sometimes to go into car workshops - this company is highly professional and easy to do business with. Moving forward I will only use this company for the health of all my car needs.

My first two times at this repair shop with this new vehicle,. I have taken my other vehicles here…read morebefore without any incident or should I say surprises. A oil change for the first time visit and oil change and tire rotation now the second visit. When I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. It was about $175. I thought that was high, but I was in and out in under 30 minutes. It was a quick stop, fast and courteous service . I do hate to sit at the dealership for hours. They have 4 or 5 levels of oil service and I get the second level religiously not the premium. Everything was an add-on, removing the skid plates, 10-15 dollars each. I was told the plates block the mechanic from doing the oil change. Each plate has 10 or 12 bolts that have to be removed and then replaced. I've never had to have skid plates removed before The cost for the oil filter 10-15 dollars plus the oil 89.99 and 1 extra quart of oil, I have no idea what that charge was for an extra quart of oil Usually when I get a price for an oil change it's the complete job not à la carte. Service person said "you have the "big engine" which is a 2.5 liter 4 cylinder engine. This is My first 4 cylinder vehicle. This is the smallest engine vehicle I've ever bought. I've owned many automobiles in my time. My last three vehicles, one had. A 5.7 liter engine, the second vehicle had a 3.5 liter engine and the third vehicle had a 5 liter engine. I lost all three in the hurricane. I felt a little taken advantage of. So the oil change was about $125 and the tire rotation another $50 my best guess. I don't ever recall paying that much for an oil change and tire rotation.
