Perfect area right near 94 freeway, so one can get a ultimate Wash in the early morning on way to work or on way home at the end of day. Their operation hours are very convenient 7 days a week! Reasonable three prices based on choice of cleaning due to vehicle's road conditions of dirt or winter salt. Easy access parking lot. After paying at wash entrance, the inside is well-maintained with efficent working machines ready to make your vehicle clean and sparkle with a great shine. This Auto wash uses freshwater, plenty of rainbow colored soap and lots of suds to clean, along with a clear coat of protectant wax and of course the best spot-free rinse cycle that I have seen. The underbody flush and rim cleaner option in the $7.00 choice wash, is wonderful to take care of road salt and grime since I have running boards and expensive aluminum rims. Before exiting is a full strength drying system. Then when exiting, there is a team of two employees to towel dry off car once back in the parking lot. Yesterday, I went through the wash and the overhead drying system was set too low. It hit my vehicle, snapped off my driver-side windshield wiper, and bent the wiper arm. This was clearly an equipment issue -- not something caused by me. When I pulled out and spoke to the manager (John B), his response was unacceptable. Instead of stopping the wash to check the equipment or even acknowledging a possible issue, he kept everything running and immediately tried to shift blame. He questioned whether my wipers were even on or installed properly -- which they absolutely were. The only resolution offered was a free interior cleaning, while stating they would not cover the damage. That's not a solution when your equipment just broke part of a customer's vehicle. What made it worse was the behavior of the employee drying cars. He came over in an aggressive, confrontational manner, which escalated the situation unnecessarily and made the entire experience even more unprofessional. Bottom line: * Their equipment damaged my vehicle * Management refused to take responsibility * No effort was made to inspect or stop potentially faulty equipment * Staff behavior was unprofessional and confrontational If you care about your vehicle, I would think twice about using this location.
