I…read morepurchased a pint of Chocolate Fudge Tracks Go Yum ice cream ($3.99) and a plain brownie ($1.19). I took my bag in my house upon arriving home. I took the ice cream out the bag and wanted to warm my brownie as I always do. There was no brownie in my bag. I went to check my car looking on and under the seats. I called the store speaking to a female sales person, she asked the male clerk if he had waited on me. He said he put the brownie in my bag. I assured him that the brownie was not in my bag. I was constantly put on hold, so I decided to return to the store which is 7 miles from my home. The female salesperson said her manager said there was nothing he could do about it and that I would have to wait until they checked the register and the camera the next day. By this time I was very upset having driven 7 miles to correct their error the salesman had waited on me and another customer at the same time. I demanded the manager be recalled and I be allowed to speak to him. He was very rude (Nick) stating that this was a privately owned store and there was nothing he could do. that he didn't know what I did with the brownie from the time I left the store and got home. He implied that I could have dropped it, eaten it, or was trying to STEAL MONEY($1.19) from his store. He said the owner is a lady named Donna. he refused to reveal anyone's last name. If this is an example of Good customer care, so be it. I don't think I would have been treated this way if I were C. Referenced as a $1.19 thief. He said he would reimburse me for the ice cream because that is all he could prove that I purchased. SO MUCH FOR GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, I guess you think being privately owned allows you to be insolent to customers!!!!

I was very happy to stop here Sunday afternoon on my way home from Roseville. My SUV had more salt and a white color than its original. Yes they have Sunday hours! This car wash is always my backup place for my weekly SUV wash. Perfect area right near 94 freeway, so one can get a ultimate Wash in the early morning on way to work or on way home at the end of day. Their operation hours are very convenient 7 days a week! Reasonable three prices based on choice of cleaning due to vehicle's road conditions of dirt or winter salt. Easy access parking lot. After paying at wash entrance, the inside is well-maintained with efficent working machines ready to make your vehicle clean and sparkle with a great shine. This Auto wash uses freshwater, plenty of rainbow colored soap and lots of suds to clean, along with a clear coat of protectant wax and of course the best spot-free rinse cycle that I have seen. The underbody flush and rim cleaner option in the $7.00 choice wash, is wonderful to take care of road salt and grime since I have running boards and expensive aluminum rims. Before exiting is a full strength drying system. Then when exiting, there is a team of two employees to towel dry off car once back in the parking lot. Awesome teamwork guys and of course I tip them for their efforts to wipe off my SUV fast. Also connected to this wash is a Valvoline oil change service center. "America's Finest Auto Wash" does represent, show and prove its name! Thanks again guys for a great service, price, through wash and keep up your Awesome group of teamwork ! Thank GOD!!He saw the desperate look in my eyes and helped me to the employee rest room. He made sure to wish me a happy women's day! He went above and beyond and I left with a smile. He's an Icee whore, and it isn't an Icee if it doesn't contain Coke. The Icees at this location are on point son! While I've NEVER come across an Icee that is luscious and delicious as the ones at AMC Forum 30, the ones at this Speedway are a close second. And then there are the rolls. They have these great egg rolls, cheese filled rolls, and more. Listen, I'm not a dummy. Any day of the week I'd rather go to an authentic Chinese or Mexican restaurant for the good stuff, but when you work late like I do, these rolls are perfection; and at 2 for $2.22 when I have a 45+ min drive home at 11 pm or later, well you've got me hooked. Lastly, Hannah is the best counter help I've ever seen at a gas station. She's gone out of her way multiple times to make me smile and put on some new rolls when I call ahead. I'm not trying to live there, but when necessary, this Speedway is my jam!
