I've witnessed many incidents where people didn't have enough money or caused other problems that would have been a huge deal at most places. However, the staff here always seems to handle situations with both charity and grace. I don't know who owns/manages this place, but if I had my own business, I'd try to lure them and most of the staff away. They have many bad reviews below. I feel bad. I've never used the car wash, since I not one to wash my car. However, I will say they just totally redid their car wash this year. So maybe the reviews below have more to do with the old one. The convenience store is clean with a decent selection of items. Sheik was working when I went in today, and he was friendly and professional. I never feel uncomfortable coming here morning or night, and that's a big deal. Lastly, it is located right next to the 110 entrance! So whether you are preparing to take a trip, or getting off the 110 and want to grab gas before headed home, this Chevron is in a great location.

When I pulled the plug to fix the issue myself, I discovered they had actually installed a cheaper, aftermarket Autolite XP5683 plug instead of the factory NGK plug my car requires.When I confronted the owner and the mechanics with my original receipt and the incorrect part, they refused to take accountability. The mechanics tried to argue that "OEM just means the part fits the car" to rewrite industry definitions, and the owner tried to pass off a standard synthetic oil change as a premium favor to smooth things over. When I called out their lack of professional principles, they shut down the conversation because it was "getting too deep." They charged me a premium price for a factory part I did not receive, and it made me question all the other times that my car has been serviced here. I feel that I can no longer trust them. They value deceptive billing over long-term customer loyalty. Check your receipts and your parts if you use this garage.

Hovik, who owns this place is one of the kindest people you'll meet in Los Angeles. I met Hovik when I was driving down the 5 Freeway during morning rush hour. A motorcyclist knocked my passenger side mirror off my car, and I had to keep driving without it. I thought I had lost my mirror forever, and would have to pay several hundred dollars to get a new one installed. A few minutes later, a pick-up truck pulls up in the lane next to me and begins honking. I'm worried that this is an angry motorist, as we are all conditioned to fear on the freeways these days. But no, it was a man waving and holding my mirror in his hand!! This kind soul turned out to be Hovik. We pulled over, and he tells me that he saw my mirror get knocked off, leaned out of his truck ON THE FREEWAY to pick it up, and flagged me down. He even re-installed my mirror right there on the side of the 5 freeway! It looks perfect now, saving me time and money all because of Hovik. If everyone were like the man who owns this gas station, the world would be a better place. This man did not know me, did not owe me anything, and took the time to help me out in traffic. It's convenient but prices are a little high. It's clean, has an auto repair shop, and a small convenience store. You do have to be careful because there have been issues with card skimmers.
