The last straw, however, was going in to get a simple inspection sticker and being told my headlight is out and needs to be replaced. It wasn't out when I handed them the keys and there were no indicate lights on inside the vehicle. So I'm starting to think they actually are jacking up the prices of my visits since this time around was just an inspection sticker visit and not a $1,000 repair, as it generally is... it's a shame that I feel the need to write this because again, most of the staff is very nice but upcharging isn't right - talking to you, Charben.
