From the moment I called them for a quote until I picked up the car, communication was spot on. Even with a bunch of people out sick, John the owner called me and met me when I dropped the car off. A few days later I was promptly contacted about the price of some additional items and gave the okay for the work. I didn't get to meet Jason, the tech who worked on my car, but I can tell from the craftsmanship he knew what he was doing. I'm meticulous when it comes how I work on my car, and it looks like Jason is also. Since I was so far, Nick took time out of his DAY OFF to meet me to pick up the car. Recently there seems to have been a restructure. The new manager seems to be nice but the technicians and assistant manager seem to be more in the upsell game than listening to the customer. As a female it was refreshing not to be treated as unintelligent or taken advantage of when talking with the previous staff-now with the restructure I know longer feel safe with their recommendations.
