Got to visit after getting an ad for a free mini plate. So grateful to try this place out. As soon as you walk in you are greeted with a bright open interior and the spirit of Aloha. I've had the chance to visit twice now and both times were different. The first time, the lady helping us gave us a rundown of all the meat options. We made our choices and she packed our plate. She used the scale to make sure we were given the appropriate amount of meat. The second time, a male worker helped us. Using the same scale, he hand picked different pieces of meat. However, if the weight was OVER, he would take the largest piece out and grab a smaller one. He did this multiple times...Good thing it wasn't rush time. I just felt it was weird for him to grab a piece and put some back after it had been on the plate just to get closer to the weight. I get trying to be close to weight, but it wasn't just with one piece, it was like 7-8 pieces later. I have tried all the chicken options and the pork. All chicken options are nice and juicy, during off-peak hours the chicken katsu does sit so I found that to be a bit dry. I loved both the teriyaki and pulehe chicken. Both moist and delish! The pork was nice and tender, a bit too fatty for my liking. We tried their teriyaki and spicy teriyaki (yerbo) sauce on the side. I loved this addition. For drinks we got their POG- passion, orange, guava- and it is refreshing and delish! Overall it was a good experience. Kind of like a Hawaiian Chipotle. read more

Mo' Bettahs Hawaiian Style Food - Mini - 2 Choice - Hawaiian Near Me - Henderson, Nevada

This location has been open for less than a week and I wanted to give it a try. It's located in a new strip center on St. Rose Pkwy. We were greeted heartily when entering the establishment. After reviewing the menu, I chose a regular two meat plate. I chose the pulled pork and teriyaki chicken. The plate included white rice and macaroni salad along with a bed of cabbage for the meats. The pulled pork was very nicely cooked and had a great smoky flavor. The teriyaki chicken was the real standout of the plate! The chicken was cooked to perfection and the sauce was excellent. Both my friend and I were extremely pleased with our meals. The servers were very friendly as they piled the food onto our plates. They weighed each serving of meat as it was added to the plate. The decor was nicely done with surfboards hung from the ceiling. I recommend this location for the outstanding food and service. read more

If you're looking for a quick, affordable lunch or dinner option this is your place. It's like a Chipotle of Hawaiian BBQ food. You go to the counter and they assemble your order right then and there. The prices were good. We got a regular plate, $13.99, for 2 meats, rice, and macaroni salad. The food was fresh and tasty. The pork and teriyaki steak was really good, nice flavor to them. The sauces on the other hand were really salty, especially the Yeobo Sauce. Not sure if it was just the batch but it was really hard to eat. The katsu sauce was delicious. Good balance on that one. The staff was fantastic, from the minute we stepped foot in the door, we were greeted. Everyone from start to finish was very upbeat and friendly. It's a nice change to a lot of customer service out there anymore. All in all if you're looking for an alternative to a fast food chain, I would say give it a try. read more

Very nice and accommodating people, they will make your order as you want it. And the food itself is great, and consistently tasty.

If you're craving Hawaiian food that feels authentically Hawaiian, Mo Bettahs on St. Rose is absolutely the spot. This is hands-down the best location in town, every visit feels like you're stepping into a place run by true locals who care about what they serve and how you're treated. A special shoutout to Rowan, one of their incredible chefs. He makes you feel like part of the family the minute you walk in the door. His warmth, hospitality, and genuine aloha spirit are something you just don't find often. It honestly reminds me of being in Hawaii, laid back, welcoming, and full of heart. Amazing food, amazing people, and a vibe that transports you straight to the islands. Mahalo Rowan & the Mo Bettah's team! I will be back again and again. read more

The food was great, the portions were bigger than expected, and the prices were reasonable. Overall, this restaurant is worth trying."

More like 3-1/2 stars....The food tastes good with the exception of the mixed vegetables; they look and taste like they are frozen and sitting in water too long (mushy, yuck). The brown rice, kahlua pig and teriyaki chicken were good but needed some more seasonings. Service was good; seems to be a clean place, mine was takeout. Good portions. read more

Went here a few days ago. Got the 2 choice plate. Portions were very small, the flavor was good but the rice....Super dry like it's been sitting under a heating lamp for hours. That was not good. Yall definitely need to check what you're serving to your customers. Spent $20 on this plate & sorry I won't be going back. read more

Took my family there for dinner tonight . The portion of the food was worth the price . My daughter and I shared a regular plate and that filled us both up with a little left over . Service was great felt like I was back in Hawaii . That ohana feeling they alll made sure that everyone that walked in was greated with the ALOHA Spirit. They had to make more chicken katsu there was a little wait because they had to cook it again but I was okay with it because they made sure that the chicken was cooked good . Which I give them credit because some other restaurant would just serve it once it was done . During the wait they thanked us and another couple after us for our patience. Now days it's hard to find good food and good service . read more

Everything! Staff was so polite and super helpful! Everyone at the store was very friendly and made us feel very welcome! There was a bit of dinner rush and staff at this store did a FANTASTIC job managing in store line, online orders, and drive thru orders. TCB also did follow ups with all the customers for the wait time and what a treat that was. Food is delicious and worth the wait!! Everything combined together really brings the feel of aloha! read more

Super friendly staff! Great portion sizes! Definitely love getting the ekolu plate for the whole family!

Service was stellar. They were all very friendly. Portions were very large. I thought the shrimp tempura and chicken teriyaki were great. The chicken katsu was a bit dry but with the sauce was great -- and it was a huge portion. The Kalua pig was very juicy, but a bit salty. I would definitely go back! The location was very clean and brand new. And again, the service was excellent. read more

Not impressed. The mac salad was bland, everything was bland. Even with sauce the katsu and grilled chicken were bland. The service dropped off the catered trays in a box. read more

I was happy to see that Mo' Bettahs opened a location near me, however the service I received could've been better. I like the convenience of the drive thru, however, at the time we went, it seemed like no staff was there to take our order. I drove up to the drive thru window and two people were standing there and looked at me and both walked away. I tried to get their attention, but no came up. Another employee finally came to the window and finally took our order. She verified my order and repeated it back and told me to park up from and they'll bring out. I ordered a regular plate that comes with two meat choices. I go home to see that my order was completely wrong and even though it was a 7 minute drive from where I live it was just not even worth it to go back. read more

Food is dynamite! Vibe is awesome! Employees are so nice. We love this place. My 11 year-old is especially obsessed. After asking me all week if we could go, we finally went on Sunday and they were closed! He was so sad. But we went last night and he was thrilled. You should have heard him rave about the steak, cutting it in finding it perfectly medium. Then saying how the chicken just melts in his mouth. And I can't disagree. The place is so good! The Mac salad is so good! Great Hawaiian food! read more

Went to their soft opening today and had such an amazing time. Upon entering, you are welcomed by the staffs greeting you with Aloha's and whatnot. Everyone seemed to be in a chipper mood. They helped guide me on how to order and what they recommend as it was my first time ever trying their establishment. This joint got plenty of seating and is pretty spacious. They also got a drive-thru if you don't feel like dining in. I ended up ordering a plate with two mac salads (currently on a no rice diet oops lol), teriyaki steak, and teriyaki chicken. Unfortunately, they didn't have any Kahlua Pork nor shrimp, but should have tomorrow and their grand opening. Not gon cap, everything on my plate was delicious. I did try their Katsu Chicken and it was booty cheeks. Was not a fan of their breading and it was only good if you used spicy teriyaki sauce on the side. Fsho coming back to try their other meats! Mahalo! read more

This is the second time ai tried the food. I did a pick up order and said it would be ready I. 10 minutes. I head over after 20 minutes and my food was not ready. We waited another 15 minutes until she came out with our food. The macaroni was super gooey like a lot of mayo. Chicken kutso was bland. The steak teriyaki was horrible. It was really tough. Like it's the meat that no one wanted to cook so it got used here. The spam musubi though, always hits. Their spam is just thin and never is as long/wide as the rice. Once you have leftovers, call it day. The rice gets hard and certainly doesn't stay the same. read more

The Mo'Bettahs Hawaiian restaurant has opened its doors for the third time on St Rose Pkwy. This is truly the best authentic Hawaiian restaurant in town and the food is so delicious and freshly made. The restaurant is nicely decorated in Hawaiian theme. The restaurant is very clean , relaxed atmosphere and very inviting. The restaurant has plenty of seating ,indoor and outdoor space, they also have a drive-thru which is very convenient. We have tried different plates on the menu, but our favorites are: Teriyaki chicken( so flavorful and it pairs perfectly with the teriyaki sauce, it's a MUST TRY) and Macaroni salad are the best that we have ever had ( a MUST TRY ) . Everything was delicious and cooked to perfection , seasoned right . I was very happy after trying the Macaroni salad/ definitely true homemade ( not the prepackaged box stuff) and you can taste the difference in every bite. This is the way it should be! The portions are big and you will eat everything, because the food is beyond yummy !! The staff were super friendly and we have received great service. We have felt welcomed!!! Overall: Healthy, clean and beyond delicious food. We highly recommend this Hawaiian place to anyone who likes island food. It's like having the islands in your backyard. Highly , highly recommend this awesome fresh Hawaiian food!!! read more

Picked up a small plate to go during their grand opening, and really enjoyed the food. Drive thru line was quick, and the staff was incredibly friendly. January 29. 2025 I'm going to be honest, this place was just okay and I was really excited to try it. The interior was clean and nice. The employee was sweet and attentive. The food, was not it. The mac salad tasted like absolutely nothing. We got the teriyaki chicken and chicken katsu combo and it wasn't hot, barely warm. Idk how long the katsu had been sitting out either. My stomach did start to roll a few minutes after I was done eating though. So if you think the food is hot and fresh so order. It is not. The teriyaki chicken was good. I just wish the food was fresh and hot read more

Go to lunch spot. Great food! Very friendly staff. Promise you won't be leaving hungry!

Been to two of their locations. Not many customers when I been for a huge place. Big portions and like the food.

Only been to this location for this chain, but it was a great experience. I wasn't as hungry as my friend who got the 2 piece combo. Some places are real jerks about ordering kid portions. This is not one of them! I explained to the staff I wasn't that hungry and they had no problem with me ordering. Also the staff was very friendly even besides that. The chicken katsu came out as fresh as it could be. It was the perfect for me that day. My friend loved his food too. This is definitely a do over for me. Kind of generic restaurant on the inside, but it was nice & clean when I went. read more

Great first time visit at Mo' Bettah's for my GF and I for dinner last night!!!!! We were greeted by everyone at the store and Stephanie, who is the manager, served us. She was super nice and explained all our options. We opted for 2 regular plates. One with a mix of Teriyaki Chicken and Pulehu Chicken. The other was Kahlua Pork and Chicken Katsu. Sides were Mac salad and the other was white and brown rice. The food was ALL hot and delicious and we even had some leftovers to take home as the portions are generous!!!! While we were eating, Daysha came over to our table in the dining area to check on us. We really enjoyed talking with her for a couple of minutes during our visit. A great ambassador she is!!!! Great food, great staff and a clean, fun atmosphere...... we will be back soon!!!!! read more

Let me start off by saying this. The food is delicious but three times that I've come here they have ran out of food! How is that possible? One time they were out of teriyaki chicken and teriyaki beef, second time they were out of chicken and the beef was barely getting made on the grill. Now they ran out of rice and I was always put my order in they look at me and tell me oops we ran out of chicken! I will never come to this location ever again I will drive out of my way to go to a better location! Don't waste your time coming to this location! You definitely lost my business read more

I due truly love this Hawaiian chain!! Now brace yourself to step into Ninth Island vibes with incredible service and all your favorite lunch plates you'd get from the island!! Pulehu and katsu are my favorite meat option and the max and cheese is simply divine!! Priced right and quick to order and dine.. my only removal of one star is the chicken came out over-charred and not chopped like usual on several occasions, and I didn't say anything as the staff is too friendly so I just sucked it up.. If you love Hawaii and their lunch plates, this is a must chain new new in LV!! read more
