I had been a recurring patient at Prime Healthcare Cypress, and during an extremely stressful time,…read moreI was disappointed by the lack of professionalism and patient care I received. Despite my ongoing relationship with the practice, the doctor was unwilling to personally call me back to discuss my medical concerns. What made the situation even more frustrating was that Dr. Grewal chose to have someone who was not medically licensed relay important information instead of speaking with me directly. For a healthcare provider, this level of communication is both unprofessional and disappointing.Patients deserve to feel heard, especially when dealing with health-related issues that cause significant stress and anxiety. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. Thankfully, I sought care elsewhere and found a medical practice that demonstrated values, integrity, professionalism, and genuine concern for its patients. They were able to address and resolve my issue promptly.Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Prime Healthcare Cypress and would encourage others to consider providers who place a greater emphasis on patient communication, accountability, and quality care

I went there on advice of my primary physician to ask them to take a Stress Test. I told the lady up front that I only needed a Stress Test. She said I need to be seen by Dr Irfan Iftikhar first. Of course Dr Iftikhar welcomed me in, and after a brief discussion said that my Stress Test would be around $950, and because of the cost I asked him to delay it till February, when my Medicare would kick in. He agreed, but said in the meantime he would have my ECG taken today, just to create a history of myself. I asked how much the ECG would cost, he told me, "Don't worry, insurance will take care of it", and the initial $30 I paid up front is all that was required. I told him my primary care physician just took an ECG 3 days ago. Dr Iftikhar said he would rather do another one at this clinic. So I agreed to the test. Last month I got a bill for $1,265. The Echo test cost me $800, the consultancy (all 20 minutes of it!), cost me $380, and an ECG cost me $85. I was in good physical health. Now I am not so sure, after receiving this huge bill which my insurance won't cover.
