Went to 2 classes, slow yoga Monday am class, happened to be what I needed that day. Rode mtn bike all week with more days of riding ahead so the class built heat but did not expend any energy. Second class was on my off riding day all level vinyasa (sorry I forgot the teachers names!). Great 1hr 15 min class Wednesday at 5:30-6:45 got there late which was fine with instructor. Great stretch, built heat while still meditative. I'm from NY and felt very welcome, will be back next time I'm in town! read more

We did a private class the morning of my wedding in a desert location that was AMAZING. Kristi was our instructor and she did an incredible job tailoring the class to for the fitness levels of everyone there. It was absolutely perfect. Was in town visiting over the weekend and was excited for a Sunday morning yoga class after 2 full days of hiking. The instructor was friendly enough and the space was clean. The class pretty crowded and some people were facing the opposite direction of other people in their rows. So when the instructor said out your right leg out to the side - there wasn't space for me since the person next to me was facing a different direction than majority of the class. The instructor never asked anyone to turn so it would be more cohesive. The class itself seemed hatha style to me. There wasn't a flow and the sequence felt a little choppy. The drop in cost in $15 and bottom line is, if I went back to Moab I would skip yoga here and practice on my own or search out another studio. read more

Beautiful and clean studio with a perfectly laid floor. The class was exactly what I needed with a mix between challenging holds, free flow, perfect alignment cues, and peaceful serenity. The lighting was well appointment with a cute boutique of locally made items. I really enjoyed Courtney's class and will make it a point to come back through on my next trip. read more

I attended an all levels class on Saturday and had a great experience! Amazing instructor, great studio and a challenging class where I learned a new pose too - the peacock. I will definitely be back when my travels bring me to Moab again. This was exactly what I needed on my drive from Phoenix to Moab the day before and on to Vail after yoga class. read more

Loved the Pilates class I went to here while I was visiting for the weekend. Very clean studio and it was nice to have so much room because the class wasn't packed. The teacher was great and accommodating to all levels. I had a wonderful workout! Would definitely come back next time I'm in moab! read more

I just visited Moab Yoga and I am so impressed. I lived in Moab for 10 years and there was no space devoted to yoga and pilates that felt clean, inviting, and serene. Now Moab finally has a yoga space that honors the outdoors from the inside. With a view of the red rocks out big windows, a comfortable space with clean lines and a new floor, and green plants decorating the cubbies for students, I loved practicing in the room. I attended a class with the owner, Angela, who teaches an Anusara-inspired class, but brings the serene and natural influences of the local landscape into a thoughtful practice for the students. Over her years of teaching in Moab, her practice has evolved to honor all students and their individual needs in a healthy and fun way. It makes me wish I still lived in Moab so I could explore more of the classes offered by other instructors. Even the retail in the store was great! I hope both locals and out-of-towners are able to take advantage of and support this new business. read more

In town for a half marathon and decided to take the Friday evening restorative class at 6pm. Quite possibly the best restorative class I have ever taken. Star was helpful, and set a welcoming tone for visitors. So glad I went. read more

My sister in law and i stopped in for a drop in yoga class on a recent family trip. Porscha was our teacher. She made us feel totally welcome and the class was fluid, creative and just what we needed. the total experience was great so we went back for a second drop in class but found it had been canceled when we got there. we will be back though! read more
