I have been eyeing Krispy Kruncchy Chicken for a long, long time now. Probably since it opened. And…read moreI finally got to try it yesterday and was so excited. My father and I were in the area, waiting to pick up food, and needed to wait another 30 minutes. So I decided to check this place out. I didn't order anything fancy as I didn't want the food to take too long to prepare. So I ordered the chicken tenders meal that were at the counter. I expected the tenders, fries, and biscuit to be warm and not crispy; but they were hot and crispy. We were pleasantly surprised. Additionally, it came with a ranch dipping sauce, which was a tiny bit spicy... a nice touch. For about $12, we received 4 pieces of tenders, a honey biscuit, fries, and a drink. I didn't want the drink, so I asked if we may substitute the drink for another side, but they denied our request. The seating area itself is mostly clean and was empty on a Friday afternoon. I deducted one star because there was a chicken wing bone on the floor, and it kind of bothered me. The fact that the restaurant was empty, the staff should have been paying extra attention to the cleanliness of the place. Overall, the food is the most important part, and I enjoyed the food I tried yesterday. So I plan on visiting again to try their other menu items. InShaAllah.

They helped me load it into the car and left it slightly uncovered and it stayed crispy even after the 30 minute ride to my destination. The quality of the chicken is also top notch, none of those mutated pieces you find at fast food places and it actually tastes better anyways. I could actually taste the brine in the meat, so so sooooo good. The crowd loved it and I will definitely be back!

Top tier customer service!…read more Ordered online ahead of time and food was ready on-time and well packaged. Had their food once before but this was first time going to pick up food myself. Place was bustling on a weekday afternoon. Most pick up experiences are pretty mundane and not memorable, you get your food and go. However, the staff who serviced my order was so gracious that I was honestly taken aback - I had never been treated so special for such a quick interaction with just a few kind words. All this to say that the smallest moments do make a big difference in the food space and because of this staff, Fluffies has earned my deep loyalty. I did not get his name but if he ever gets a chance to read the reviews, I know he would know it's him, I hope he has a good day and gets a raise, for real. It's very rare to get this type of service anymore. Thank you.
