Outstanding moving service! I will definitely be using them again and strongly recommend them. They arrived promptly as scheduled with professional moving equipment (dollies, padding, plastic wrap, floor protectors, etc.). We got two movers for a 1 bedroom studio apartment. They laid out the floor protector to make sure the floor was not damaged. They were extremely efficient in loading up the packed boxes. The disassembled the couch and bed, put furniture protection pads, and plastic wrapped them. I was impressed with how secure it was. They did the same with my dresser and desk. Their truck had a hydraulic lift which made loading very fast. Once we were done loading, they arrived promptly at the new house and unloaded everything with equal efficiency and put everything in the appropriate place as directed. Everything arrived very securely without any damage. They reassembled the furniture very quickly. Overall, they were extremely professional and efficient. The cost was incredibly reasonable. Me and my sister used MM Movers when we moved out of our apartment and into a townhome, about 15 minutes away from our original place. We were very happy with the service! They fully wrapped all furniture with protective blankets etc. that they provided, so that nothing was damaged during the move. They assisted with putting a mattress cover on my mattress before moving to make sure it was protected. Mats were used to protect the floors so nothing was scratched. They fully unwrapped all items and placed them to our liking. Friendly service! Asked me to check each room before we left to make sure all items I wanted moved were taken care of. I was prepared to be unimpressed when they showed up late with less people than I originally requested, but they won me over. The guys worked their butts off for 10 hours (until midnight) in a pretty complicated move (2 storage units & 1 apartment all moved to 1 house). They were careful, thoughtful and took care of my stuff like it was their own. They moved heavy furniture up and down stairs until I decided where I wanted the big pieces. I know they're movers but I NEVER felt like they were offput with my requests. I swear I'll never move again, but if I do I will be calling them and will recommend them to my friends. read more

I called late in the evening at short notice and they were still able to come bright and early the next day ready to move! They were great! Showed up right on time. Price was very reasonable and worth every penny since I was moving from one 3rd floor apartment to another 3rd floor apartment with no elevator. They wrapped and handled everything with care, no scratches on anything! The time went a little over the 3rd extra hour, but they only charged me for the 2 extra hours.
