Upon checking deep stick it was on the metal overfilled. We got a syringe and started taking out oil and see the color is completely black when it was done 2 days prior. I had to removed more then a quarter that they did not drain the old oil completely and should not be. I called the manager Jazel to please refund me the money and said that I had to go back so he can check engine of the car. All he needs to check is that the oil is black and not touch nothing else in the car,as I do not trust this people.
