Although we expect some issue with a used vehicle, selling a truck without brakes is a safety hazard. We only learned of this when we brought the truck into our mechanic to have brake work done. When speaking with Dan - I gave him a week to figure out the issue and what he can do help resolve. He admitted they inspect the truck but "miss things" and they don't always see things that are "not obvious". The next excuse was they bought the truck from another dealer. I honestly do not care where/how or from whom they acquired the vehicle - they SOLD a truck without brakes. We have our kid in this truck and my husband uses it for work. If we had a zero star rating option, I would choose that. They have ZERO integrity.

I went in and the front desk asked me a couple of questions and then had my car in line to get an inspection. I left and a couple hours later they confirmed the issues and quoted me. I accepted the quote and they proceeded with the replacement of my radiator and thermostat. Within 24 hours I had my vehicle fixed and back. Great job, quick turnaround, and acceptable pricing!
