Vlad and his team ended up having to work through a multitude of challenges in order to deliver the end result that we enjoyed. I received constant professional communication (day, night, weekend) when things weren't going well (outside of their control) and what they were doing to resolve. They thoroughly owned resolving each obstacle instead of pushing it back to me to work out. This involved buying different kinds of paint and performing tests -- I even got a video of the test results to illustrate my options. Its obvious that this company cares a great deal about providing 5 star experiences. Its that additional amount of work that they did which has me so enthusiastic about referring them to anyone needing painting done (commercial or residential.)

Honestly I can't believe I lived with it like that for as long as I did. Hiring Vasyl / Leo Painters for this was definitely the right move. I've worked with Vasyl and his team once before (on a full house interior paint job), so I already knew I was in good hands. They did a better job than I expected was even possible in this bathroom - that had clearly seen decades of terrible paint jobs, and damage from steam, etc. Vasyl informed me of the correct and quality kind of paint to use for this job (I just gave him the color), in addition to pointing out the existing issues (that I hadn't realized). I was a bit of a skeptic with all the glowing reviews but figured, let give him a shot and like many other customers, I couldn't be happier with this decision. Gabriel stands by his work and goes above and beyond with customer service. For exterior house painting, his bid came in competitive and he indicated he would provide 2 coats of paint. As we walked around the house I was impressed by all the items he was calling out that they would take care of after pressure washing and for prep along with his attention to detail. When they showed up to do the work, I provided input on a few things just to make sure that it wouldn't be missed during prep and they always said sure, we'll take care of it without hesitation. Gabriel even helped me understand their process further and explained a few things to me, which I appreciated. During the final walk through, I already marked a handful of small things with tape (inevitably there will always be a few touchups and polishing touches needed) and Gabriel was quick to add more blue tape for items that he would fix.
