First impression, it's very clean and organized. I was greeted with smiles from everyone. The sign in system was through a tablet where you can select your nail tech. Loved that. The technician that was recommended to me was unavailable but I like that she was honest on the wait time and she recommended her sister Dannie. I got builder gel with cat eye. Shape was on point. I came for a mani/pedi at the end of April and not sure why I haven't reviewed yet :-) I had a lovely visit at this new shop that is walking distance from my house. Everyone was very sweet and the owner's mother did my nails. I received a complimentary glass of wine with my pedicure which was the perfect perk. My tech was very inexperienced and needed help several times- they dremelled too far into the tops of one of my nails to the point it hurt. I moved to Hilliard recently and I have been looking for a new nail place. This place more than met my expectations. Since I was in between nail places my dip nails had grown out so far that my whole nail was starting to break off because I had so much unpainted nail with like dip ends. I ended up taking the dip off myself but it left the rest of my nail so fragile that they kept breaking. I usually don't get nail extensions or acrylic nails, but this time I decided to try to find somewhere that would do acrylic extensions for me. I was looking for a place on a Sunday which sometimes it's harder to get your nails done on a Sunday. Luckily this place is open on Sundays! I had a great experience talking to the girl and she was helping out the couple who runs the place and had nothing but good things to say about the owners. I literally went and picked up coffee right after getting my nails done and the barista to complimented my nails. I am so disappointed in this place. I made an appointment for a gel manicure and pedicure for 6:30 PM. I showed up to my appointment 20 minutes early and they told me someone else took my appointment time. The girl who said it was her appointment was ridiculous. It was for sure a Karen moment for that woman. I never will go back because they schedule appointments and take walk-ins. They don't take accountability for their scheduled appointments. The women who showed up was a walk in and did not have an appointment. I just said screw it and left. Never going back again. I'm not wasting my time. Don't waste yours. Just had a great experience!! My daughter and I called last minute and they fit us in for pedicures. She did the basic and I did the signature. The Signature is worth the extra cost. It included sugar scrub, hydrating mask with hot towels and a massage. The owner was super friendly. They offered a selection of beverages and made us feel very comfortable. I am so very dissapointed in this place. Thought I found a great place to go. Went with my mother and daughter 6 weeks ago. They were happy with their pedicures. My tech was Tony. He used the wrong color and broke my anklet. ( I had to have it repaired at a goldsmith $32). Made an appt. online yesterday and requested Linh. Arrived on time and they were not busy at all. They gave me Tony again even though I requested Linh. Not happy but did not want to make a fuss. Showed him on the menu I wanted the $40 pedicure. When I went to pay it was $64.50. Again, I did not make a fussf because they were busy now. I called right away and they told me the color I chose only came in gel. EXCUSE me , but you could not have told me this at the time? They did not care I was not happy and felt duped. I work hard for my money and will not be going back there again. read more

I found this place through yelp and requested an appointment through the app and within minutes someone messaged me back setting up an appointment for me! The process was painless and the owner was very friendly! As soon as I walked in I was greeted, which is always nice! They had a decent amount of polish colors to pick from but they were a little disheveled. They followed proper guidelines for the social distancing and had us properly spaced. The techs were very friendly and I felt like they did a great job taking their time on all of their clients; no rushing. Tommy was my tech and he was awes! I went for the signature pedicure and he did a fantastic job! The massage was great and not rushed at all and I feel like he payed close attention to details with my nails. I hate to leave such a negative review especially with small business struggling during this time but I must share as a buyer beware. I have been to this salon a few times and most of my experiences have been good, but this last time was a nightmare. I made an appointment for a mani-pedi but when I arrived I ended waiting over an hour with no explanation. When I was finally called back I asked the technician to simply remove my p/w full set since I had been waiting for so long. I don't know if she felt rushed, but she was using the drill to remove my acrylic nails when she slipped and cut open my finger. Very painful and she used glue to try to stop the bleeding. read more

I scheduled an appointment for 10am. When I got to the shop, no one greeted me for 15 minutes when I first came in. I had to ask the lady when I would be seen because I had an appointment. She said the person my appointment was with was running late and she would come soon. I did not end up getting my nails done until after 11am. Also, when I asked about scheduling an appointment, I specifically asked how much it would be and if there were any additional charges I should know about. They assured me there were not, and my balance would be $40. I ended up paying $53 and that's INCLUDING the 10% off deal that's offered on Yelp. My nails came out fine but I was very disappointed in the customer service as well as the lies I was told about pricing. read more

I had booked my an appt for my 16 year old daughter and first off I requested Lynn to do my daughter's nail . When my daughter showed up on the time we agreed upon Lynn wasn't there and had another lady do her nails (Lynn knew she wasn't going to be there the whole time but lied to me) she took advantage of my daughter because she was a teenager and I wasn't there and she spent $100 on her nail that looked like Lee Press on nails. She had some lady by the name of Susan doing my daughters nail that took 2 hours to do. These people are terrible and they don't care, all they care about is money and that's it.
