I will not return, been three times to give them a chance before trying a new place, even though they are very rude; but this last time as the final straw for me. The man, who did my nails, was WAY too rough, filed on my skin,he took the nail drill right into skin every time and saw me whence in pain but said nothing and kept doing it. Awful. I had the worst manicure I have EVER had at this place. The man who did my nails did not care at all about what he was doing. He didn't do anything to my nails...he literally just painted them! It was crazy! My mom even specifically asked if he could at least push her cuticles down. He seemed annoyed and still didn't do a great job. There was a hair painted into my nail, I asked him to fix it. He again seemed annoyed and didn't re do my nail to fix it, he just did another layer of polish. This actually made it worse because one of my nails looked darker than the others. I can't believe I actually paid to have my nails done, I wanted to just leave. I was shocked. I am a local, and I will never return. read more

It was horrible experience, I went with my some of my family and a man working there was very sick! When I say sick I mean like he was coughing everywhere and his eyes were red and watery. None of us wanted to get sick because we were staying with my almost 96 year old grandpa so if he got what ever that man had it would have been horrible! When the man tried to get us to sit we said we'll wait for another person and then another man started yelling at us! The man who was sick didn't even have a face mask on or anything he was just coughing on everybody! When we asked for a manager they ignored us so we left! read more

I'm not an expert but I'm pretty sure you aren't supposed to rip acrylics off. Had to make her stop beside I was in so much pain. 7 hours later my thumb is still throbbing and multiple nails have chipped. The filing was uneven and walking out, I could not believe that I actually spent money for her to rip acrylics off my nails and then give me a normal manicure that I could have done better myself. read more

WORST powder gel manicure ever. Didn't even last 1 week. They only dipped the nail twice and the top coat pealed after 5 days. Oh forgot, he was so busy talking to another customer he filed my nail so hard he cut me. I hope this helps. read more

I am very disappointed with my gel manicure and pedicure. I had made an appointment, yet was made to wait 20 minutes with my feet in lukewarm water. No one checked on me, and other customers were taken care of before I was. I got the impression that the other customers were local and known to the technicians, but that should not have mattered as I had an appointment. The older gentleman who did my pedicure seemed to be very unsure of what to do. After the pedicure, he put the toe separators on and then tried to put my flip flops on-with the toe separators! He smeared the polish, having to do touch up and getting polish on my skin and not getting it off. Another technician who did my gel pedicure was in a big hurry and did not seem to care that I had a split in one of my nails-she would not fix it and put an extra top coat on. The strangest thing was that she filed the nails at the end. I'm sure that this gel manicure will not last and will chip at the tips of my nails. I'll never come back! $65 wasted! read more

I am very picky when it comes to getting my nails done, but had to find someplace while on vacation to fix my nails that were previously butchered. I saw the good reviews at MK nails so I called and made an appointment the same day. I would recommend making an appointment because it was very busy with walk-ins while I was here. The woman that did my gel manicure was very nice, very thorough and took her time. She repaired a broken nail with acrylic like I requested and did a wonderful paint job with a design. I only wish I booked an appointment for a pedicure! I am from out of town, but I would absolutely come back here, and would recommend it to anyone! read more

The guy cut every one of my fingers, none of my nails are straight and it's nothing like what I told him I wanted. The nails and the length of my nails which is not what I wanted at all. My sister, daughter, and I went for pedicures. It was my daughter's first real pedicure and she loved it. They have a kid sized chair which was perfect for her. It was extremely clean and professional. My sister's pedicurist was Bill and he was great.
