I brought it in on Saturday afternoon and needed it ready by Monday at 10:00 AM. Not only did she complete the alterations on time, She also steamed and pressed it beautifully. The total cost was only $85, which was significantly less than the quotes I received from other tailor shops especially of it being rushed. The other places I contacted were also unfriendly, while she was incredibly kind, accommodating, and understanding. I was very nervous that I wouldn't have my dress ready in time for the wedding, but she made it happen. When I arrived to pick it up on Monday morning, September 14, the shop was quiet and no one appeared to be inside but The door was unlocked, and after calling out a few times with no response, I started to panic. Then I spotted my dress hanging neatly by the mirror. The moment I saw it, I felt so relieved. The hem had been perfectly adjusted to my height, and the dress was beautifully pressed and ready to wear. Since the wedding was starting at 11:30 AM, it was a very close call. I tried it on immediately, and it fit flawlessly. I had already paid for the service when I dropped it off, so I quickly left to head to the venue. In the rush, I accidentally left behind the clothes I had changed out of and had to come back to grab them. Since we were running out of time, I stayed in the car while my son went inside. As we were leaving, she came outside and waved goodbye to us. That simple gesture meant so much, and I waved back, feeling incredibly grateful. Thank you for your professionalism, kindness, and excellent work. You helped make one of the most important days of my life much less stressful. What impressed me most was not only the quality of your work but also your honesty and fairness. You could have easily taken advantage of my urgent situation, but instead, you chose to be helpful, reasonable, and compassionate. Issue: The tailor created a very obvious asymmetrical stitch line at the center of the dress. The tailor did not pay attention on how the central pieces would lay naturally after stitching it together and created the left central side of the dress more cinched than the other. Few days before pick up a phone call was made from the business stating 'they have to send the dress to a different location for alterations'. We stated we DO NOT want alterations or drastic changes on the dress but to simply reinforce the 'hand stitch' so that it does not appear loose during fitting. This place of business should just stick to the military uniforms for they are unable to provide meticulous work on different styles of clothing.(also read through other reviews providing similar accusations). You might miss this place since it's in a very corner of a shopping center. They have two changing rooms and three people working. 1 in the front and got my measurements done and 2 working in the back. The lady was nice enough, I have no complaints. Only weird thing was that I had to pay beforehand. I guess it's not rare. They do prefer cash but they do accept card. Also the price goes up as how wide your pants you have to hem. Since all my jeans were wide leg jeans, it costed me little extra. They were able to hem all my jeans in a week, but I did have to call them to make sure that they were done on time. I am no expert of hemming or stitches, but they got the length right so that's all I cared about. I paid about $74 for 4 pair of jeans.

That was an outright lie. They created a 10-inch tear through the front and back of the shirt. Why would I bring in a "previously damaged" shirt for dry cleaning? They ruined it, tried to hide it, and then still charged me for the cleaning. On top of that, their laundry pricing is misleading. The website clearly says $3.99/lb, but when I went to pay, they tried to charge $5.99/lb. When I pointed out the online price, they literally asked me, "How much do you want to pay?" and then randomly settled on $4.99/lb. Dishonest, careless, and unprofessional. I will never return, and I strongly recommend avoiding this place. RESPONSE TO OWNER'S RESPONSE BELOW: You must be referring to someone else.
