I cannot believe that I found this place right near where I live! What a hidden gem!…read more First off, there is no chance you will stumble upon this location because it is on a back street with businesses that are not getting a lot of traffic. However, it is to be highly considered. I took a dinner jacket in to be pressed and let's just say I was IMpressed. The cost was reasonable and I had the jacket back in 2 days. The decor is fun and somewhat modern, if not homey. The service was friendly and it's the kind of place and people you would want to send your mother to. I'll definitely be back next time I have some dry cleaning!

That was an outright lie. They created a 10-inch tear through the front and back of the shirt. Why would I bring in a "previously damaged" shirt for dry cleaning? They ruined it, tried to hide it, and then still charged me for the cleaning. On top of that, their laundry pricing is misleading. The website clearly says $3.99/lb, but when I went to pay, they tried to charge $5.99/lb. When I pointed out the online price, they literally asked me, "How much do you want to pay?" and then randomly settled on $4.99/lb. Dishonest, careless, and unprofessional. I will never return, and I strongly recommend avoiding this place. RESPONSE TO OWNER'S RESPONSE BELOW: You must be referring to someone else. If you read the review, you will see that the shirt I brought in was clean and new. You damaged it, did not say anything and went ahead and charged me. Photo attached.

Date of most recent visit: September 27, 2025…read more Your Cleaners is the closest dry cleaner to my place, as well as one of the oldest businesses in Mira Mesa. We've come here plenty of times and have always been impressed with the job they've done. This most recent visit was no exception - I'd gotten a "certified pre-owned" sports coat from Goodwill for the Halloween costume I'm crafting, and as such wanted to get it spruced up. So, off to Your Cleaners, and $7.25 and a couple of days later, my new jacket looked and felt great. Consider Your Cleaners next time you need some dry cleaning done and you're in the Mira Mesa area.

This is where SeaFood City and McDonalds is are located. The staff here is always friendly and the cost is reasonable. Service turnaround time is usually about 3 to 4 days, which again is reasonable and what I expected. They offer alterations as well, but I have never tried that service. The attention to detail is much appreciated. We recently took my daughter's promo dress to be cleaned. There was a good amount of caramel that was dropped on it and created a pretty good stain. They lady looked over the dress, and before I could point it out, she had already spotted the issue and made me aware that they would do their best on it. She asked for an extra day to clean so that they could really work on it. I appreciated this so much. When we picked up the dress a week later, it was perfect!

A simple job that would now make me look like I'm wearing a crop top (see pic with disinterested Melody in background). Can't believe the lack of expertise & service here. Shape ignored as well. Terrible. No apology, No nothing. Expect gaslight level (see other reviews) response that this is what I wanted, but this is nonsense and this is a BAD deal.

She tried to gaslight me that the clothes I had dropped off were ready for a long time when I knew for a fact they were months late. I dropped off 10+ pieces needing alterations, and 2-3 months later when I didn't hear anything, I found my receipt and called in. I spoke with Melody, the owner- I know because she stated she remembered me dropping off my garments. She told me she was so sorry and that she had forgotten about them in the back and that they would be ready soon. Fine, it happens. She called me a week later that they were ready. Great, thanks. But when I went in one month later, there was no trace of apologies and she said my things have been there a long time. I said, yes I think you texted me three weeks ago. She said, no they've been here a really long time, as if they've been here ready all those months. Felt so dishonest and manipulative, not going back.

Coming off the 52, once you see Margaret's Cleaners, theres a parking lot right after between them and Wesco. Parking was plentiful. Masks are optional for the vaccinated. Brittany welcomed me into the place and we discussed options for what I wanted to do. In the end I decided to clean, press and preserve my dress. They also have an appointment where you can see them put it in the box. Plus they include before and after pictures. I did not end up going to do an appointment and just did the pick up and grab the paper work instead. I was glad my dress got preserved but did think it was pretty pricey to get things cleaned. I got a qipao from Chinatown LA, and I don't recall what the price was but ended up paying more to clean it than its original price. My usual dry cleaner spot didn't wash those and had directed me here. I haven't had any reason to return back, but thought my experience wasn't too bad. Just a tad pricier than expected. FYI this was a review that I started writing back in 2021 but neglected to finish on details. Glad I could finally finish it in 2025.

They have a dry clean service next door, a vending machine for you to buy snacks and detergent. Restroom required 25 cents for access due to vandalism from the homeless and crazy people, it's understandable. They are not 24/7 laundry, so you have to get here before 8 PM, but they are very organized. I asked to see if they can clean and fold my laundry, but it will take a little longer even a day or more. So the owner suggested me to just do it myself since I had a small load, he even offered me some soap since I told him it was my first time here, and he was happy help guide me thru all the machines and rules. Best part I didn't even spend my 25 cents for the bathroom, there was a very nice lady at the door, she offered to give me access without repaying her back. This location is very hidden away from all the traffic and big shops, there's a CVS and Subway and that's all, but it explained why they have excellent service and hassle free environment. 5 dollars to exchange for laundry coins, I got my money worth.
