For weeks, I've been calling and emailing them with no response, even though their website indicates they are still operating. Desperate for answers, I checked their Facebook and Instagram, where they've been posting regularly and even have daily stories, so I decided to message them there as well. After three more weeks of silence, I went to the brick-and-mortar address listed, only to find that it's no longer there. There wasn't even a sign on the building! This whole situation has been incredibly misleading, wasting my time and effort. If the business is no longer operating, they should be clear about that instead of leading potential customers on through outdated information online and active social media. I'm deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism and communication. Even if the brick and mortar location shut down and they're operating elsewhere, they first and foremost should update that information, but also they could've AT THE VERY LEAST emailed or messaged back seeing as they are active on social media stories. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere if you're in need of a florist.

TRUSTWORTHY I typically go with the weekly arrangement but sometimes I've planned enough to request special colors - I've never been disappointed!
