I am surprised by the reviews on Yelp and luckily for them, I didn't check before going. My experience however, was pleasant. I asked a woman working there for recommendations based on the reason for the flowers. The bouquet was absolutely beautiful. It's a bit on the pricier side but definitely worth it. I would shop here again.

One example that really stood out was the delivery fee. When I originally went in for the quote, I specifically asked if they offered delivery, and she said yes, depending on the ZIP code. I gave her the event ZIP code, and she told me delivery would be $15. However, when my sister-in-law later received the quote, the delivery fee had somehow become $65 for the exact same ZIP code. That was definitely something that caught our attention because ZIP codes don't change. We completely understand that pricing can vary depending on arrangements and event details, but the inconsistencies in pricing without much explanation made the experience frustrating and unfortunately turned us away from booking. There were other arrangements priced lower ($60-$90) but I chose an arrangement over $100 because it was for a dear friend's 30th anniversary event that I couldn't attend. She loved it so in the end that's what mattered most to me. Because the staff was so nice, I chose MAYBE I would recommend them. My only hesitation is that I like to get value for my spend, so I am not sure I will choose this florist again unless I was 100% certain about the size of the arrangement.
