He showed me some light colors that had me a bit concerned (being honest). But, it's hair...I live on the edge and went with his explanation that it wouldn't come out that light. I came for my appointment, reiterated the vibe I was going for: noticeable lighter brown with some depth, but nothing too drastic and odd. He took that and ran with it. I had no clue what he was doing while coloring, but he took my 'vision' and threw on a couple of colors to get this AWESOME look! Here's my color! Hair feels fine; no dryness, no breakage so far (and no bleaching). I have no problem paying big bucks for color as long as it's GOOD! This was money well spent.
