So with Summer weather knocking on the door I thought it would be a good time to tint the truck…read morewindows. Browsed Yelp's section of auto window tinting and zeroed in on Window Tint King. Not only did they have good reviews on Yelp but they also had good reviews on Google too so I used Yelp's messaging system to reach out about getting an appointment. Bob responded pretty quickly however don't do what I did and wait till the last minute try to get an appointment. I had a date in my head which would have worked out with the curing process since I was going out of town and wouldn't need my truck buuuuut I waited till the last minute and he was all booked up. I ended up making an appointment for the following week. So the shop is really easy to get too and there's plenty of parking. The office has a chair with a TV so if you plan on waiting there at least you have something to pass the time with. Bob is also an awesome guy and he's super cool. We talked about what I wanted for tint and how dark I wanted to go. Since my truck has privacy glass we decided to go 20% in the front and 35% in the rear. It took around 2.5 hours for 5 windows and it looks awesome. Anyone looking to get their windows tinted would be dumb to not come here. You'll get treated good here and get an awesome looking tint job for a really good price.

I usually pull into a vaccum spot and spend another 5 mins after the wash cleaning the insides of my windows, vacuuming, and checking over the wash quality. No matter how much I cleaned the car, it has been in desperate need of a makeover. I was accidentally not scheduled on the date we had agreed to. Andy was responsive and apologetic. He arrived alone on the rescheduled date. He was clad in his rain gear and boots. All he needed was access to a hose hook up. All his other tools were already in his vehicle. He mentioned some upgrades but did not push about it. The whole process took a little over 2 hours. Andy did a remarkably thorough job. My car was unrecognizable, completely showroom ready. I was very impressed. Prices through Groupon were obviously very reasonable even with the $20 travel fee and tip. But because of Andy's quality of work and convenience of being able to service your vehicle in the comfort of your home, I would definitely use him again!

My first thought was 'that brush can't be as stiff as it looks' but a few hours later I was attempting to polish all the scratches he put in my clear coat. I should have stopped him but I assumed a car wash would know better. My polishing attempt didn't work well so I'll be taking it to a detail shop soon and probably spending $200 to fix a $15 car wash. Someone needs to tell Scrubby's those kinds brushes aren't for paint. I guess they're hearing it now if they ever read these reviews.
