I did not have high hopes as the brands they carried are similar to every other store I have been to. When I entered the store there were more sales reps than shoppers in the store and they were very welcoming without being pushy. The young woman that assisted me was the most considerate of reps and she knew her shoes. She measured my feet, asked a bunch of question, listened to my answers and said I'll go get some for you to try on. It was an interesting experience. She actually knew that shoes don't all fit the same from one supplier to the next and she knew that it might take several trips to the back for more shoes before she satisfied my slightly odd requirements. She just kept on helping me until we found the perfect shoes. Thanks to Emma who was so patient and knowledgeable. This place is awesome and the staff are all terrific. Give them a try!!

This location is prime & will definitely get a lot of foot traffic coming in. It's close to the busy intersection of Broadway & Cambie Street. It's a bit nutty down here though with the on-going subway line construction expecting to go live in 2026. Many businesses have closed shop due to the heavy subway construction. So I give full kudos to Smoke 2 Snack for having the cojones to open up here today. I was highly impressed by how well stocked up this store was on opening day. A massive variety of snacks are on the floor here - chips, chocolate, cookies, cereal, pop, etcetera. For those into smoking or vaping, you will find this store stocked up to the hilt. Vape products & all kinds of specialized pipes & bongs are available. There's a select stock of special Kicks on sale as well. Due to the subway line construction, there is no parking available nearby. You may have some luck parking a block or two away on the side streets. Think exotic & import with a twist via international flavours when you walk in here.

My husband decided to buy me a beautiful pair of leather Cubis Cupcake boots for our leather anniversary (year 3) this year. He wrapped them and had them hidden for a month before presenting them to me. They were gorgeous!! The leather was perfect, the design was cutting edge and striking.. the were delicious But much to my dismay, they didn't fit my wide feet and I was unable to even try them on. My husband said it was okay, we can just exchange them for different ones. I went online and much to my dismay AGAIN, everywhere said "can return/exchange up to 14 days after delivery". We panicked, I cried a little, and we both decided to contact the store to see if there was any way we could still exchange them. Within a day, we both received responses congratulating us on our anniversary and offering us store credit for the return of the shoes. They already had a return label in the box that we were able to use. I was so grateful and started shopping for wider Fluevogs. I emailed them back with questions about my favorite pairs, and was so grateful when I received 8 paragraphs of info about all of them - their fit, their sizing, their stability/comfort, etc. Everything!!! By the time I received an email from them that our store credit was ready, I had picked out THREE PAIRS I wanted. I informed Jim that I wanted to use my credit for them and pay the difference. He asked me what size and style, and after I gave it to him, he phoned my husband who wanted to be the one to pay for them. They both arranged payment and shipping details... and Jim emailed me back to give me an update tracking info. To say these employees and this company go above and beyond is an understatement. They have the utmost customer service, consideration, knowledge, and flare. I can't wait to receive my shoes and be able to write them ANOTHER review about the shoes themselves. My husband is a retired goth boy who has loved Fluevogs forever, and I can already see why. Thank you all so much. I will forever support your craftsmanship and your company.
