My favorite place to go for a quick meal. How awesome is it to get hibachi without the show? I enjoy the show every now and then but I enjoy the food more. I've had the chicken yakisoba, which is a noodle stir fry. It was tasty. My favorite is the hibachi steak. It comes with mushrooms, zucchini, onions, and fried rice. I try to save leftovers but I usually eat it all! read more

This place is perfect. I literally cannot come up with anything negative. The food was bomb. The service was on point and please (oh please!) try their white sauce! Im a big guy and the hibachi chicken bowl fills me up, which to me means that the price, food quality and quantity work together for good. Great sauces and very good service. However, the quality of the food is horrible. I order the chicken and filet steak with vegetables only. The chicken was so over sauced it was barely edible and way too sweet. It also has an odd flavor. I was able to eat almost half of the "steak". I had to spit out most of it because it was largly connective tissue and fat. The vegetables were ok except for the onions. It's been 24 hours and I can still taste them. Don't eat here. read more

I have been craving Hibachi for over a week and decided to give Miyabi a try. I was so glad I did. His little spot is a hidden gem. It is exactly what you would expect - quick food at a good price but it was also DELICIOUS. Our family had hibachi steak and shrimp , hibachi chicken and shrimp and chicken yakisoba and we all loved our meal. We ordered takeout and our order was prompt and correct. Definitely satisfied the hibachi cravings. read more

Counter help that is responsible for getting the orders to the customers is awful. After waiting for my call in order and asking about my food 3x in 25 minutes, she finally finds it sitting literally to the side in a corner. COLD. Throws it in a bag and says there ya go. A great place to kill that hibachi craving while not breaking the bank. You can either do take out or dine in. The dinning area is much nicer compared to other hibachi express restaurants I have been to. Very casual. I had the shrimp and teriyaki chicken and enjoyed it. I only wish they seasoned the veggies more and didn't cut the chicken so small. The white sauce is super delic! read more

The food here is supposed to be like the food you get at miyabi's, except without the dine-in experience. To be honest I found the food to be of a much lower quality than the food at the original miyabis for not that much of a discount on price. The hibachi chicken and shrimp seemed like the meat was of lower quality and not cooked with the same type of seasoning. The rice didn't taste as good either. I also tried the infamous "white sauce" and ginger sauce they serve and those also didn't taste very similar to the original miyabis. I think the only thing here that's truly similar to the original miyabis is the name of this place. I won't be going back here or recommending it to anyone I know. read more

As a self-proclaimed culinary master, I have perfected the art of taste. The thought of having this restaurant so close to my new home gave me goosebumps when I realized it. Because I share my birthday week with my daughter, we partied it up big the weekend before and chose this spot on my special day. The cashier was friendly and helpful when ordering and we waited in a clean booth nearby. My steak and shrimp was excellently seasoned and vegetables fresh. The only thing that kept this from being a five star experience was the rice. I love rice. I could eat it at breakfast, lunch and dinner for the rest of my life if I had to. It is always my favorite part of going to Miyabi Kyoto and this one didnt compare. I'm not sure what it was but it seemed larger and fluffier. read more

Wow! This place is great as a quick stop! They cook the food where you can see it, the bowls are HUGE (my 3 kids and I just shared 2 and we are stuffed... Bringing home left overs). Highly recommend. They do take out too. read more

Great place! You can get your hibachi fix for a good price and do not have to wait long. The food is fresh, tastes good, and filling. This place is always packed and probably for good reason. The service is fast and friendly and the entrees are loaded with copious amounts of soy sauce and served with something called "white sauce." I don't know this "white sauce" from anywhere else but it's a real big hit here. I enjoy catching a snack here before taking my dog to the unfortunate Evans Dog Park and she ends up helping me finish it before we even get around to the parking lot of the park. read more

I am never going here again. I called in an order and the girl on the phone was rude and talking over me. Two of my three orders were wrong on top of it. I'll gladly drive the extra ten minutes to go to the other Miyabi's. read more

Went in for dinner with my son a couple weeks back, the food was ok but what really set me off was I was charged for tap water. I felt this was surely a mistake so I just blew it off. I went in tonight with my girlfriend and daughter for dinner, I decided to ask before ordering just to be sure if they were going to charge me for tap water, the answer was yes. We immediately left and had a fine Japanese meal down the road at Kyoto, where the water was free. It may be just me, but I feel if a restaurant is doing so financially poorly that they have to charge for tap water, I question what is the quality of the food they can afford to purchase to serve me. I think I will stay with Kyoto. read more

The service is fast. We were not in the mood for rice so we had the teriyaki chicken and beef with veggies. It was very good and cheap!! The staff was very helpful and the restaurant itself (including the restrooms) was clean. They have mayo and a very delicious hot sauce (garlicky Sriracha) available at the cutlery and drinks counter. Will come back!! read more

Omg!! This is the BEST Japanese food I have ever had! And the price is cheat but gives you sooo much food , I mean you can't finish it( unless you are super hungry) and then they have this white sauce and it goes with everything. They also have chicken and beef dumplings but I always get the beef. read more

I just loved this place. Always got the teriyaki chicken bowl or dinner. Then one night my husband said let's get the filet dinner. Well got home and and it was not filet which we paid $14.25 for and it was tough and not edible. They also had not given us hardly any rice or veggies. We had always had a great experience here but will not be going back. Seems they have all the business they need now so they are now no concerned with the product they are producing. Good luck for your future with lousy expensive food like that you won't last. Don't waste your money. Just go a couple of stores over and order a whole meal from the Chinese restaurant and you will be much happier. read more

Pleasantly surprised by this Japanese cuisine express restaurant. I had the hibachi chicken entree which came with a generous portion of rice and vegetables. Everything was seasoned well and tasted great. There is not much seating but we got a booth for four rather quickly. Service was fast even with heavy traffic into the restaurant. Not impressed. Chicken had so much sauce that it was sickening. The steak was over done and fatty. First and last time dining there.

Purchased the Chicken and Rice Bowl. Chicken had grizzle and fat that was not cut out before cooking.

I have eaten here twice and both times ordered the teriyaki chicken and both times it was disgusting. The chicken is so over cooked that it's dry and stringy and chewy and the teriyaki sauce is more congealed that it is a sauce. I gave it two tries and won't go back again. It's also expensive. The regular Miyabi restaurant is wonderful and we enjoy going there but this quick service miyabis is no comparison. read more

Food is good but Absolute horrible employee ruined my dining experience today. A teenaged boy employee was quite rude and unprofessional. As my family is standing back away from the register he said he could help the next person. We told him we didn't know what we wanted yet. He asked us again a few seconds later and we informed him we still weren't ready yet (there was no one behind us). He then said to himself "ok, nobody knows what they want" and walked away. We soon gave our order to Dalton at the other register. I was overlooking that until his behavior while we were eating. First he had 2 friends sitting in the dining area (that had no food or drink on their table) that he stood and had a conversation with about some teenaged drama. Those 2 finally left (with no food). Then 4 of his friends came. They first gathered near the back and then it sure appeared that he brought them free food and drinks. In the middle of the dining area the employee says in a regular voice to his friends "this lady came in.....and I was like 'what do you want b&@*h?'" I spoke to the person who said he was the manager and he didn't seem to really be concerned about my complaint. If this is the type of person you wish to employ I rather eat elsewhere. I am writing this review mostly in hopes that the owner pays more attention to the behavior of his employees and even the manager for allowing it all to happen. read more
