The bathroom was disgusting from the toilets having poop, mold and pee all over. Even the bathroom had built up gunk and was gross. Floor through out the entire lobby, bathroom and as far as I could see in the work space looked like they hadn't been thoroughly swept or mopped in weeks. One of the fridges I could see even had a mess seeping out of the door. I would have taken pictures had I not left my phone in the car. One poor staff member was the only one working and though she had a lot of customers come in at once, she was moving slow with no urgency or excitement to do her job. You could tell she had no desire to be making our smoothies. OR clean anything for that matter. Despite my better judgement, My son and I each got a smoothie and they were okay. Not the same great quality that used to bring me in regularly years ago. With that said, I simply won't go back as the lack of cleanliness & utter laziness was extremely off putting. I asked her politely if just adding ice would make it taste water down. She got loud and rude and obnoxious, other customers were starting (embarrassing). I asked if I can get corporates number so I can make sure I would get the points on my app for my purchase. she screamed "I am corporate! And said anything I need would have to go through her, which I don't see how she would add my points if her system was down. I left. I did go back after tasting the drink and it tasted like blended ice to ask for a refund just for my drink, by then the girl had left. The other girls CLAIMED they didn't know who she was. But they did. They weren't able to get my refund because their system was still down but they could take payments. All in all after this incident this will be the last visit for me, will start going to Roxberry, way better customer service and way better drinks.
